Good Morning,
But...as usual I have been awake for a while. I set my bedtime to be 11 and I was asleep shortly after. I felt like I had an awesome sleep and I still got almost 7 hours...I can manage quite fine on 7 hours of sleep.
I went for a run yesterday afternoon. It was breezy and chilly. I managed to do 9 k and then came home. I think today I will do a interval run on the TM and legs
I also need to pick up 4 swim suits that I ordered but I have a feeling they won't be any good. I am learning that I need bottoms that tie b/c they don't fit my bum right.

Hormones go completely out of whack after you've had a baby. You just need to set your sites on something else and they will disappear. Once you have something else in mind to work towards, your usually set. I thought what I was going through wasn't normal until I spoke with a lady who as ran quit a few marathons. I didn't feel the same with the 2nd marathon though b/c I had my course and clients to concentrate on. You wouldn't believe how much speed I have picked up with interval running this winter! i am looking forward to some 10k races this summer just to see how well I do. OHHHHH...and congrats on placing 6th! That is AWESOME!!!!
Trish** I slept in a little this morning too! First time ever (with clients). Had my alarm set for 5:40 and I got up around 5:52. Talk about rush! Glad to hear you are sleeping better. Some of my clients are seeing improvements but other's don't workout without me OR aren't giving up their crappy eating ways. AND I have another client who thinks she eats awesome
Im thinking "whatever" but I am waiting for her to whine about not losing weight so we can address this problem. Her idea of healthy eating is having tacos and instead of using the wraps, she eats the tostitos scoops

Actually I had a lady email me yesterday about my running. She had so many nice compliments, which is strange for women. I see alot of improvement in my UB over the last few months. I use to be the cardio queen but I am really enjoying lifting these days.
Lunamare** Do you own any cathe dvds or do you workout at all? I am guessing not if you don't know what to do with the band. Alot of cathes workouts incorporate the band. You best option would be to purchase some of cathe's beginner workouts. The things you can do with that band go on and on! I love band work.
O.k...I have a tanning appt at 10:30 so I best get my butt a mov'in! 3 weeks from tomorrow!!!
