Commit to get fit & lean for March 23rd!

Good Morning Ladies :confused:

Ughhhh...the post show blues have officially begun....:( I was warned about this.....however, the post show binge is definitely under control, which is good. And even better news!!!! I checked the results ....and I came in 6th!!!!!! :D:D I'm so happy with that.

I got to work real early yesterday, just to stuff it do DC.....and the first thing he says is " Good morning...how was your competition?"....I think he knew what a jerk he was...lol, but it didnt' change the fact how pissed I was...LOL. I also got a new vacuum cleaner for the gym as an apology gift. Still...felt pissed..ugh.

So after I got to work, I decided to work out....I ran for about 20 minutes, did Legs and Abs, and then did sprints....wtf was I thinking!? LOL. I think today I will do a fun circuit! And wait for April training to come out. I'm thinking of doing my next show June 25th in Boston. It's a bikini/evening wear division this time. :D

Belinda- I just can't believe the huge move you're doing. (((Hugs))) It will all turn out just fine!! :cool: This body will be hard to keep, and I probably won't, until next time I do a show!

Cookie- How's your trip going so far?? Can't believe your meetings start so early! And...he always gets to me...ugh. :confused:

Lori- Funny, I read your post yesterday about feeling blue after your first marathon....if I had your number, I would have called you right then and there!! LOL. How wast the rest of your day yesterday?? I know you had a busy one.

Deb- Omgggg...more snow for all of us...when does it freaking end??? And thank you, I'm glad you could see the "glow".....the make up masks the tirednes...lol

Trish- I can't count how many times I sipped tea or water while everone else gorged.....but it was worth the prize in the end!!! And worth waiting for that pecan pie I wont' have again!! LOL

Kristin- Funny...I'm not a chocolate junkie! I'm a nut junkie! ;) And yes....form before weight! My advice would be to drop weight until form is pristine and there's no shoulder strain!

Morning ladies,

Checking in from the train. I overslept today:). Set my alarm for my Thursday schedule by mistake, but I think my brain had the right idea. I was only able to get in a 15 min 40/20 wo on the elliptical. But I'm feeling like my old self and that's priceless!! Will catch up on personals in the office.

Also i have 22 lbs to lose, (if i converted right) and need to shape up !

Well just wanted to introduce myself and see if any had any suggestions..

Good Morning,

But...as usual I have been awake for a while. I set my bedtime to be 11 and I was asleep shortly after. I felt like I had an awesome sleep and I still got almost 7 hours...I can manage quite fine on 7 hours of sleep.

I went for a run yesterday afternoon. It was breezy and chilly. I managed to do 9 k and then came home. I think today I will do a interval run on the TM and legs:D I also need to pick up 4 swim suits that I ordered but I have a feeling they won't be any good. I am learning that I need bottoms that tie b/c they don't fit my bum right.

Belinda** You have your own energy, what are you talk'in about:p Enjoy your workout today!

Iris** The blues are the worst...not as bad as baby blues though:confused: Hormones go completely out of whack after you've had a baby. You just need to set your sites on something else and they will disappear. Once you have something else in mind to work towards, your usually set. I thought what I was going through wasn't normal until I spoke with a lady who as ran quit a few marathons. I didn't feel the same with the 2nd marathon though b/c I had my course and clients to concentrate on. You wouldn't believe how much speed I have picked up with interval running this winter! i am looking forward to some 10k races this summer just to see how well I do. OHHHHH...and congrats on placing 6th! That is AWESOME!!!!

Trish** I slept in a little this morning too! First time ever (with clients). Had my alarm set for 5:40 and I got up around 5:52. Talk about rush! Glad to hear you are sleeping better. Some of my clients are seeing improvements but other's don't workout without me OR aren't giving up their crappy eating ways. AND I have another client who thinks she eats awesome:confused: Im thinking "whatever" but I am waiting for her to whine about not losing weight so we can address this problem. Her idea of healthy eating is having tacos and instead of using the wraps, she eats the tostitos scoops:confused: UGH!!!!

Kristin** So did any big changes take place? I hate changes~!

Cookie** Yes...still getting those compliments!:p Actually I had a lady email me yesterday about my running. She had so many nice compliments, which is strange for women. I see alot of improvement in my UB over the last few months. I use to be the cardio queen but I am really enjoying lifting these days.

Lunamare** Do you own any cathe dvds or do you workout at all? I am guessing not if you don't know what to do with the band. Alot of cathes workouts incorporate the band. You best option would be to purchase some of cathe's beginner workouts. The things you can do with that band go on and on! I love band work.

O.k...I have a tanning appt at 10:30 so I best get my butt a mov'in! 3 weeks from tomorrow!!!

Hi everyone,

Another snowy day today, but it's since turned to rain. I went to Trader Joe's & went to Starbuck's had to park so far away, walk in the rain & get to the door and it's closed for renovations, ugh!!

Today I'm doing M2 D23 Legs.

Belinda - Will you finish STS before you leave? Can't imagine doing STS & packing for your move, even though you could probably show the movers a thing or two:)

Iris - Great job placing 6th:) Sorry about the blues but since you have your sights set on another show maybe that will help.

Trish - Happy for you that your alarm didn't go off;) I'm guessing you only had rain:confused: it's still crappy anyway you look at it.

Lori - Your weather must be getting better if your running outside. Are you bringing your running sneaks with you on vacation?

Lunamare - Welcome, and I know Cathe's travel fit has a lot of band workout in it.

Cookie - Are you getting any downtime while your away?

Kristin - How sad about seeing the principal upset, it must be so stressful for you to go to work.

Melissa - How's you week back to school going?

Helene - How are you?

Debbie - still snow? Can't believe you still have snow! How was D23 today? I will finish STS!!!! I will finish up STS on April 16, April 18 -23 is recovery week (not sure if I will take one?)! I will have the movers pack EVERYING up on April 26/27! I probably will not take a recovery week until Monday 25th, since this is the moving week! Our plan is to fly May 1, if everthing works out!!!!

Trish - sorry, you overslept this morning. Nice workout this morning.
