Commit to get Fit & Lean for March 2014

'Morning!
Belinda, hope you're having a great time in DC! And that the weather is good. Just checked my phone, according to Siri, I don't see precipitation.
Melissa, so how was the wine?!!! Hope you had a good time.
Amelia, do we have the same body type? I bet we do, since I work and monitor and don't lose either. Very frustrating but I'm finally at this late age, learning to be happy with being healthy and strong, and being very proud of what it can do. Some folks do well with logging but not me. Every now and then, I'll weigh out my food just to be sure I'm keeping proportions in check but can't get myself to log regularly. Acrylics! That's where your dd got her artistic and craft skills from - you.
Kelly, hope all is well. What are you up to this weekend?
Kristen, around here the ground is so frozen, it would be hard to start landscaping work. Is that part of the contractor's delay?
Vicky, do you take planned rest days or take them as they come? How is your weekend?
Deb, curious minds want to know more about the wine tasting. We have no organized version of a neighborhood. Living in a rural area, we often use meeting up at a grocery store or even recycling as a chance to catch up on things. While they are not right nearby, I do have very good neighbors, which makes we always wonder what it would be like if we did move. So, is your ds a speed shopper, like all the males in my family? As you know, I take a while to think things over and then usually don't get anything.
Had to work yesterday, then came home and crashed. Got a second wind and did JS hourglass workout and a 30 min walk. Today's in the 20s and not as windy. Yesterday my car was rocking on the highway. We're planning for 3-8.4 mile loops. Will do first with two dogs, stop home for bathroom break and drop off little dog, second loop, break and drop off big dog, and then hopefully a third loop with just dh and I. One dog can't even make it a mile, so he's the house watch dog. He just watches and doesn't even guard.
Have a great day!
Cookie

Good morning girls! Today I plan on doing STS D3 and maybe some cardio. Fun filled day of studying too, yay

Had the talk with the new guy Friday night and yup, it was what I thought it was: I seemed like I was pulling away so he was confused by me, which made HIM pull away, and here we enter the vicious cycle of dating confusion. I'm glad we talked things out though because now things are a lot better :D We hung out last night and ate GS cookie Thin Mints together...my kinda date :p

Vicki, happy early birthday!! Sounds like you got yourself a nice haul! What kind of shoes did you get (I'm kinda obsessed w shoes)?! I am with ya on the endurance workouts: not a huge fan. That 201 Central place sounds AWESOME!! We need one of those out here! Where are you from?

Belinda, congrats on finishing up STS! I still need to get those GS DVDs. Don't mention the "S" word; I can't handle any more snow! I felt like the weather this week was a tease.

Cookie, did you get to have that glass of wine Fri night? I'm gonna try and start doing AM workouts again too, as much as I don't want to. We'll see how this goes. The wine was good and I had 3 bottles to take home ;) Have a great walk with your dogs!!

Amelia, ooooh acrylic painting is so much fun! I used to do it in high school all the time. Why can't you get rid of your MFP account? It sounds weird but I'm actually losing more by not logging in and just listening to my body. Good riddance lol.

Deb, I'm so happy March is almost over! What a terrible month lol. How was the wine tasting?

Waving hello to Kristin and Kelly! Enjoy your Sunday, girls!

Hey everyone! Hope everyone had a great weekend. DH and I went to a new restaurant on Friday. It was new for us anyway. It is called Insignia and it was wonderful, pricey, but worth it. I had the filet mignon and asparagus and then we split a dessert, Snickers cake. It is as delicious as it sounds. Yesterday we had my niece's birthday party, which is always stressful because it means we are near my sister, whom I try to avoid at all costs. We managed to get through the party unscathed, lol. Then I came home did Supercuts with core #2 added on. DH took the boys to WWE event and I stayed home and hung out with my neighbor. We ate pizza, drank a bottle of Skinnygirl and just talked and talked. I woke up feeling very guilty about what I ate and drank last night, so I took Baxter for a walk/run for about an hour. He ran better once he realized we were on our way home, lol. Then we had breakfast, took the boys to the library, straightened up the house and I did my workouts for today. I did CF firewalker band tabata premix, plus Xtrain legs, standing and ball and chair premix. My legs were wobbly at the end, lol.

So they are talking about snow :confused::(:confused::(:( They don't know how much or what to expect:mad::mad::mad: I am going to put my hands to my ears and sing lallalala until the forecast changes, haha.

Melissa- I'm glad you had the talk with the new guy and that it worked out with a result you wanted. That's great. I;m with you on celebrating the ending of this awful month. What a winter!

Cookie- the contractor was backed up because of rain, but now that snow is in our forecast, I'm glad we have another week. Speaking of week. . . one week to go until testing season begins. Cannot wait for this part to be over with.

Amelia- nice job on the hiking. When do your supplies come in? I cannot even paint a paint by numbers picture, lol.

Belinda- that rotation looks great, but I'm not sure I can stick to a rotation that is months and months. I plan on finishing Xtrain weights and then hoping to follow FF's getting ready for summer rotation, just subbing in the newer workouts. I remember she did 1 steady cardio, 1 circuit, 1 hiit cardio, 1 TB workout and then another hiit or interval cardio. I have to look back and see. I need to get my tummy back in shape, which has more to do with food at this point.

Deb- I was thinking that too. I want DS to feel confident and not worry about his grades in Kindergarten and first grade. By doing enrichment in the summer, I'm hoping he'll catch up and be ready at the start of first grade. The things I worry about, lol.

Vicki- that grocery store sounds great, what is it called? Where are you from (forgive me if you already told us).

Waving hello to Kelly!

I will bb tomorrow.

Kristin

Workout done! I did STS D3 and X10 low impact. The X10 sounded innocent enough but it actually killed me  I loved it!

Kristin, sounds like you had a busy weekend! I've always wanted to try Insignia: sounds delicious!! Glad to hear you made it out of the party alive ;). I REALLY hope the forecast is wrong about the snow. I heard 4". If that's the case I might have to crawl into a hole.

Have a great night ladies!

Hi everyone,

Since I was sick/hungover no workout today:( I didn't get out of bed until 5pm and spent most of the night & morning in the bathroom:eek: I also didn't have any energy to make my sauce so plan to take off tomorrow & do that. The wine tasting was fun. The way it is set-up there is 6 wines (1 champagne, 2 white & 3 reds). They have a sign on each which explains all about it. Someone reads the sign and some people walk around pouring it in the glasses. So I couldn't even tell you how many glasses I had because they would fill you up as soon as you were done. There was a table of pick-on foods which I didn't even go to but did have some hot appetizers they were passing out. I not sure if it was the mixing or not eating enough food but so mad at myself for feeling like crap today.

Belinda - I hope you enjoyed your day in DC. I was shocked that the cold weather came back today:(

Kristin - You did get a lot of workouts in this weekend!! I heard on the news that the snowstorm is headed east so I'm sure we will be on the borderline.

Amelia - Do you hike by yourself? That painting sounds like fun:)

Melissa - It's great that you had the talk with the new guy and it worked out. That is a good sign for a longterm relationship.

Cookie - The homeowners group has a lot of child related events like Halloween parades/parties, movie night in someone's backyard but my kids have outgrown most of it so we usually just do the wine tasting. They also have a progressive dinner party but that would make me too nervous. Wow, on the 3 loops!! Do you run into other dog walkers on your trail?

Waves hi to Kelly & vbrady

Goodnight:)

'Morning!
Belinda, how was DC? Hope you don't get any of that s word.
Amelia, you are so talented. Have you always been into painting? How did you get started? One of my sons is really into oil painting. Sorry to say, as much as I enjoy looking at art, I really don't know much about it. Told my dh yesterday morning it is like we are virtually walking/hiking together.
Melissa, glad you and the guy were able to talk things out. Like hanging out and cookies as a date. Working out in the am is a major destressor for me - and that's really what I want out of exercise. Wonder if it will help you w/dealing with all you have going on. No wine but a stout last night.
Kristen, I keep looking at the calendar and thinking it can't be here already, even tho I've kept a countdown all year. We are so not going to do well. The stress over it is palpable too. Dinner - yummmm. Asparagus always seemed a sign of spring to me. Funny after family get togethers - I usually do a kickbox wo too - wonder why!
Kelly, what were you up to this weekend?
Vicky, sounds like we all want to move to your area and store! Nice almost birthday gifts. How was your weekend?
Deb, sorry to hear you were under the weather yesterday. That set up would have done in me also. Two is my limit (or so I say) and the mixing would have had me saying who knows what. Hope you can take today off to catch up and rest.
Misread the schedule and yesterday was 21 miles not 24. That 3 mile is a big difference! Felt like I could have done the add'l when we were out but dh was adamantly not. We changed loops, did about 13 in one and then bathroom break, switch dogs, and did another 8.4. DH fell on ice, so his hip is sore, which is why he's saying he's so tired. Today was UY modified to not overstretch atilles (sic) tendons.
Cookie

Good morning,

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. Ended up taking Aleisa's dog to a vet clinic near us. Aleisa and her BF left for Florida Sunday morning. She usually leave her dog in her bedroom when she leaves, not yesterday. Somehow her dog got into my son's fiancé purse which was in the living room, got a hold of a pack of Orbitz gum and ate half the pack with rappers and all:roll eyes: We called Aleisa's vet, they told us to take him in right away. There is chemical in gum, it will not harm humans but will spike dogs blood sugar and can affect their liver. Aleisa takes her dog to Pet's Smart, they have a clinic they don't keep dogs overnight. They recommended we take the dog to Falls Church to a clinic so they can monitor the dog for 24 hours. They gave us an estimate for around $1000  It's DC! DH and I had my son/fiancé bring the dog closer to VW, so I can take care/watch of the dog after he gets released. My son goes to collage all day twice a week and his fiancé works in Annapolis all next week. No way, they can monitor him for the next few day's.

Today I will do P90X week 13. Our final week:D

Cookie - we did a fantastic time in DC. Lot's of shopping:) Aleisa made us dinner:) I feel the same way as I get old. I am not gonna drive my self nuts over every little thing.

Debbie - sorry about your sick/hangover. Hope you feel better today. Sounds like you had lots of fun.

Kirstin - I hear you on the snow! What's up with that? Glad you had fun this weekend.

Melissa - good job with your workouts. Are you doing the 3.5 month STS rotation?

Amelia - that's a fantastic idea. What are you gonna paint?

Waves hi to Kelly & vbrady!

I will be back later. Have a great day, everyone.

Morning ladies! Hubby had his wisdom teeth out on Thursday, so I've been tending to him. Luckily he actually fared quite well and wasn't in too horrible pain. the swelling's almost completely gone too. I took Friday off of work to watch Aiden since I wasn't sure how hubby would react to the pain pills. Even though I haven't popped in here, I've been doing pretty good with the workouts. Thursday I did HIIT 40/20, yesterday was KPC w/ 10 oz gloves on, this morning I did XTrain Chest/Back/Shoulders. My new DVD's should be in today, and I'm on pins and needles waiting for them. Can't wait!

Gotta get caught up on work from being out Friday, but I'll try to pop back in later with personals. :)

Hi all,

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.

Cookie--21 miles! Oh, my! Did you run that or hike it? How long did it take you to complete it?

Debbie--Hope you feel much better now. Stomach viruses have made the rounds of my friends a few times this year. Fortunately, no one in my family has gotten sick (yet).

Belinda--I feel for you with the dog thing. Vets are so expensive. Our dog is on the Petsmart wellness plan, and thank goodness, because we've had to take her in for eating chocolate (it didn't make her sick at all. That dog's got a cast iron stomach). She has also eaten sugarless gum and was fine. She only weighs 14 lbs, so I'm amazed at how hardy she it. She was even bitten on the face by a copperhead. After a lot of $$$, the vet told us that dogs are basically immune to snake venom but that they usually have necrosis of the skin around the area of the bite. When I took her back a few days later, they couldn't even tell that she had been bitten (and her face had swollen to twice its size after the bite). Our other dog though---everything made him sick!

lil lock---isn't it funny how excited we get when we get new dvd's :D I'm asking my fam for a 30 lb dumbbell (I only have one) and weighted gloves for my birthday.

Melissa---obviously, I love shoes, too!! I'm short, so I prefer heels (unless it's boots in the winter and flip flops in the summer :)), and of course, I'm in tennis shoes or barefooted whenever I'm home. I finally caved though and bought a pair of ballet flats. Ugh. But I needed "transition" shoes--something that can get me from winter to summer that doesn't bare my feet too much yet. I got ballets that match my skin tone so they won't stand out too much. The other 4 pairs were heels that still cover my feet pretty well :p:p I also love handbags and belts. And jewelry. And clothes :)

I live in NC, so we have great weather 8 months out of the year. June-September, though, is brutally hot & humid, and I can't keep the mosquitoes off me, so I pretty much stay indoors in the air conditioning for 4 months. So even though I have spring allergies, I get outside anyway because I know that in a few months, I won't be able to get out as much.

Had a wonderful weekend. Went to bed fairly early Friday night, so I had lots of energy on Saturday (which was my planned rest day). Went to my 6th grader's soccer game then hung out with neighbors & friends late into the night. I live in a huge neighborhood, and we have great neighbors :) My husband & I are celebrating my 50th with a week in Key West next month, and several of our neighbors & friends are going with us (14 in all--no kids!). We may be old, but we still love to party! I tried to get in the last STS workout for chest & back Sunday morning, but only made it 3/4's of the way through before we had to make a two hour drive to my 6th grader's dance comp. We didn't get back home until 10 pm last night, so I finished my workout then (I'm pretty sure that my husband thinks I'm crazy). I like to add pushups to the STS strength chest & back series.

Today is my scheduled rest day (I take Mondays, either Wed or Thurs, and either Sat or Sun off--three days total per week). I like to walk on the treadmill and watch tv after work on Mondays. I find it relaxing and energizing at the same time, if that makes any sense.

And that awesome store near my neighborhood? 201 Central (owned by Harris Teeter grocery store chain).

Making roasted veggies & shrimp for dinner tonight, so gonna get back on the treadmill for a little while before I have to make dinner.

Howdy to everyone else! --Vicki

Hey girls,

Today was work but I managed to get in a nice workout before. a 30min total gym followed by a 2 mile power walk.

Vicki-Enjoy your rest / walk day.

Kelly-Awesome job on your workout, what dvd's did you get?

Belinda- sorry to hear about the doggie problems, vets are so expensive.

Cookie - aww, thanks for your kind words. I honestly don't know much about art either, I have always found it so interesting though and since I used to be a cake decorator I just figured it would come natural. I did paint a dogwood tree about a month ago and enjoyed every minute of it. I started looking online on youtube and found a few painters im going to mimic for a while. I will post a pic of my project Wednesday when I get it done. Its called ' Poppy Field' :D Great job on your steps, you doing awesome with that! And the yoga too..

Debbie-Hope your doing better now, sorry to hear you didn't feel well. The wine tasting sounds, we did something similar to that in Gatlinburge, TN. One day. I must say..I got kinda tipsy towards the end. I usually hike with my DH and kids, but I do hike by myself some. I used to take my lab with me but she is getting to old for it.

Melissa-Great job getting your workout in!! I honestly tried losing weight without calorie counting and could never lose anything. Lately I haven't been eating all of my exercise calories and I think its helping. I think they give to much

Kristin-Your weekend sounded nice, ^ 5's on the workouts. I love those skinny drinks. I use to be hooked on the margarita's. Sorry to hear about the upcoming weather. Hopefully the weather man is wrong. About the painting, I plan on going to a local hobby store and buying some supplies later this week.:) Im pretty excited to venture into it. LOL

alright, thats it for me. I got to go watch The Walking Dead now. I didn't get to see it last night, too tired.

Later gators...

Good evening,

Couldn't do much today, except workout:p I guess, I was bored today: I did P90X3 Eccentric Lower = 30 min, TB circuit = 38 min and Booty Barre w/TM = 85 min. And this week is my recovery week from STS:p

Amelia - thank you! Good job today.

Vicki - wow, you went through a lot with your little dog:confused: Dogs like little kids. My DD doesn't even know, how much we paid for the vet bill so far. I will let her know as soon as she comes back from her vacation:D How wonderful you all going to Key West next week and celebrating your bday. That's a lot of driving for your 6th grader's soccer game. I remember those times.

Kelly - how exciting:D Which one are you gonna do first? I second order from Collage Video shipped today:eek: Hope your DH feels better.

I will try to check in later, if not I am already asleep, lol!

Hey everyone. Just finished Xtrain D2, bi's and tri's. Also walked Baxter today. The dog trainer came after a month off. She was impressed with the improvement Baxter has made and said to call her in a few weeks to set up an appointment for off leash training. That should be interesting. I told her about how he tries to trip me up during a run, and she said to keep practicing with him and don't make eye contact while running/jogging, and he should keep following. I'll try that out. It is true, he doesn't cut me off until I make eye contact with him, lol. Crazy dog.

Anyway. . . that's about it. Work was work today. I cannot wait for the state test to be over.

Melissa- we might miss the snow because we are further west, well you might get more because I think you are a bit more east than me. I am hoping they are wrong about this. I am so over snow and winter. It is just depressing at this point.

Cookie- the level of stress I feel. .. there are no words. I hate this. I cannot wait for it to be over and done with. Then I won't find out my score until October, haha.

Deb- I've been there with the hangover. I was surprised I wasn't more in pain yesterday. Wine has a harsher effect on me I think. Mixing wine would also do me in. Hey at least you had fun, right?

Belinda- WOW! what a day for you. It's like you did a mini Cathe road trip in your own house, lol. I want to double up on workouts now. . . but I won't because I'm too tired, haha. I know all too well about Vet bills.

Kelly- what DVDS did you get?

Amelia- nice job on the TG workout. How are you liking the TG? Did it come with an instructional dvd? Do you do your own thing on it or follow the dvd? It looks like it would tone you up really well.

Vicki- your dog sounds like a tough little girl. What breed is she?

Okay, off to relax.

Kristin

Hi,

I feel 100% better today!! I took a yoga class today and played catch up all day. I made a big sauce and also made a cake for ds's gf.

Belinda - Holy %$&! on the workouts today, Kristin said it best it was like you had a mini RT today. You are such a good grandma to dd's doggie:)

Kristin - I bet you can't wait for the tests to be over & maybe the weather will get better at the same time.

Amelia - It's nice to have company but sometimes it must be good to clear your head by yourself.

Melissa - I hope the rest of the semester flies by for you.

Cookie - Wow that is a lot of walking. Your legs must be sore.

Kelly - So much fun to get new dvds and to try them out:)

Vbrady - You had a busy weekend. Your birthday party in Key West sounds great! I have relatives in Wilmington & Top Sail NC.

Goodnight:)

'Morning!
Belinda, so what dvds did you get in your most recent Collage order? Mine finally arrived yesterday. Got Iron Yoga, Dance Off Inches Ballroom, and Doonya. Love the Ballroom and as you know I have two left feet. Was so aggravated last evening about receiving 9 multi-level questions from SED for a report due in 48 hours, in addition to the ones already received, that I did some of the Ballroom dance dvd. Released some stress and had fun. Did Iron Yoga this morning - not sure about it.
Kristen, all I can say about this year is urghhhhhhh!
Amelia, so how far are we walking today? I still try to get my 10,000 in, or about 5. Do you ever read Jill Coleman's posts on jillfit? Think you would like her.
Vicky, hope your dog is doing well. We go to the Outer Bank in August so I'm familiar with Harris Tweeter. Didn't they get bought out?
Melissa, hope you don't get hit with that s-word today. Do you like yoga? Wondering if it would help w/all you have to juggle.
Kelly, hope your dh is feeling better. Sometimes mine can act like a paper cut might be fatal. I'm cringing b/c he needs oral surgery.
Deb, glad you're feeling better. Its a horrible feeling. Is it your younger ds who is having the birthday? My sons are so hard to buy for - honestly, all they want is a money transfer - not even a gift card.
Did the Iron Yoga dvd this morning. Read the book a few years ago, but the dvd is different from what I remember the book being like. He's not a Travis Elliott, more a flat presentation style, very calm and Zen, or more like robotic! However, I'm already feeling it in the small muscles between my shoulder blades.
If I didn't have so many bills, this is the year I would retire. Maybe even today would be the day. I'm beyond drowning in paper work and things to do. If I didn't workout to relieve stress, I'd probably eat myself into oblivion.
Cookie

Morning girls! Hubby is doing much better today, thank you for the thoughts! His right cheek is still looking bruised and still feels tight if he opens his mouth, but the pain is all but gone. I probably bought way too many DVD's, but I'm current and won't have to buy anything else until a new series comes out. I bought the newest ones, Low Impact Series, and a couple random - SJP/Step Blast, Butts and Guts, and Ab Circuits. I started Low Impact Challenge this morning, but something startled Aiden, bad dream, noise, not sure what, and he woke up crying, poor thing. :( Going to try to do the elliptical on lunch, and/or finish Low Impact Challenge when we get home.

Vicki, what part of NC are you in? My brother spent some time there in the Marines and we went out to visit him. I liked it, but it's waaaay to humid for my taste LOL

Belinda, Wow, great workouts yesterday!!

Deb, so glad you're feeling better! Being sick is miserable.

Hi to Cookie, Kristin, Amelia, and Melissa!

Have a great day ladies!

Good morning, ladies! Rainy and cold here in Charlotte NC. But no matter--I have Tuesdays off work, and I love my days off regardless of the weather. Plus, the rain helps keep the pollen count down

Kristen--My dog, Stella, is a chihuahua mix. Big dog trapped in a little body. She is 9 years old (we adopted her when she was 1). Our other dog, Fred, died prematurely last summer. I've been on the fence about adopting another dog for quite some time now. What breed is your Baxter? I used to run with both of our dogs (Fred was a dachshund/beagle mix). Def kept me on my toes! Both dogs may have been small, but they could still outrun me

Debbie--Glad that you felt better yesterday :)

Cookie---Yes, Harris Teeter was bought out. All the neighbors are hoping that 201 Central stays as is. Where else could we do our grocery shopping and drink at the same time? When our husbands volunteer to do the grocery shopping, we know why! Not only do they have a bar, but a humidor, too. Several days per month, they have beer and wine tastings with reps from breweries and vineyards letting you taste as much as you want. Talk about a cheap date :p

lil lock---yes, NC is waaayyy to humid for me, too. At least the winters are fairly mild though. I tend to be hot-natured, and I prefer to work out in cool/cold conditions. During the summer, I make it nice and cold in the house when I'm working out. My husband will come home from work and have to put on a jacket

Hope everyone else has an awesome Tuesday :D

Today is my lower body day, so I'm doing STS Hypertrophy Disc 17. I also throw in the bonus from disc 6. And I'll def be throwing in my version of intervals

--Vicki

Good morning,

DH and I took Aleisa's dog to the vet this morning, he needed another blood test. Test came back positive:) Dog is doing fine. Feel bad for Aleisa when she sees the bill:eek: Today I think, I only will do P90X3 tonight with DH:eek:

Cookie - My second order from CV is:
10 Minute Solution: Slim & Sculpt Pilates ,SuperModel Butt & Thighs (DVD) #6112 ,Jazzercise Dance HIIT (DVD) #6449. Looks like you found some good once too. I had Doonya like a few times in my shopping card, had to remind myself I don't need it:eek: Someone needs to hide my credit card:p Glad your workout help to relieve some stress yesterday. Let me know, how you like all your new dad's.

Debbie - I am so happy to hear you feeling 100% better. I hate being sick. I bought that nice organic green juice on Saturday, I think that gave me all that energy for all those workouts:eek: Your comment made me LOL, I guess I had a little RT workout yesterday:eek:

Kirstin - so glad Baxter is improving with your training. My trainer, told us too not to make eye contact …it works. It really takes practice when you take him for a run. Try not to go for very long runs at first, he should pick it up in no time. I always ran with my 2 dogs, had their leach on my running belt. They ran right besides me. No problems. I don't know, how your trainer feels about treats? I always carried some with me, if the dogs did good….they got one at the end of my run. Training dogs off leach isn't as bad as you think, he may surprise you. Mine sure did.

Vicki - I am so sorry to hear about your dog Fred. I had a little Yorkie, she was my little running partner. We adopted 3 dogs:D Have fun with your off day and D17.

Kelly - glad your husband is doing better. You never have to many workout dvd's:p Great picks, btw. My DD/DS have a Harris Teeter across from their house. Wonder if they have beer/wine tasting?

I shall return. Have a great day, everyone. It's snowing here in WV:mad:

Lol Vickie, I prefer to work out in the "cold" too. I like running the ac.

Well, we may have figured out what was wrong with Aiden this morning.. About an 1.5 hours after we hubby and I left for work, he got sick. Praying hard it was just a one time thing. :(( He seemed his normal self when we left, no sign of a fever and was playing and running around. We'd been doing so good this season too.

Hey guys. I just finished PRS 2. I love, love, love this workout. I love the easy but intense moves, the music, the fact that each combo does not take too long to get through. It is excellent.

I have the second part of my teacher course, the professional learning circle, tomorrow, so I won't be working out tomorrow and I probably won't be able to check in. I am hoping we do not get any snow :/

Kelly- poor Aiden. I hate it when I go to work and then find out one of my babies is sick. I hope he feels better soon.

Belinda- I never carry treats on the walk and then sometimes I wish I did, lol. I'm very curious to see how he does with off leash training. She said to call her in a few weeks. We shall see.

Vicki- Baxter is a boxer. He is my first dog and we got him last year. He is 11 months old and a handful, but I love him. Chihuahuas can be a tough little breed, lol.

Cookie- I can think of a few words for this year, but they are not appropriate for this forum ;)

Deb- glad you are feeling better and are fully recovered ;)

I have work to do for PLC tomorrow. Have a great night and day :)

Kristin

Hi,

I ended up working late so no workout for me:( The stores were so empty today but it was so cold out.

Belinda - Too funny about a 2nd order for CV. I'm sure Alesia will be shocked about the bill. It's amazing how much our animals cost us.

Kristin - I'm hoping you don't get snow tomorrow:)

Cookie - It's my younger ds's birthday next week, so hard to buy for. I was daydreaming today about what I could/would be doing if I weren't at work:) I only work part-time need to learn to make the best of my time.

Kelly - Happy to hear your DH is doing better. Hopefully your ds will feel better too!

Waves hi to Amelia & Melissa

Goodnight:)

vbrady - Sounds like you enjoyed your day off & great job with your leg workout.
