'Morning!
Belinda, is the dance workout on her website or a dvd? Lately I'm dreading the high impact workouts. Enjoy them once I get started, but sometimes I don't get started! Why are you waiting for Costco to contact you?
Kristin, I'll bet you're enjoying the house. In our prior house, I worked out in the living room. I put the couch at an angle and stashed most of the equipment behind it. It was a pain to pull out but since I was always picking up and moving toys, I just thought of them as my toys.
Amelia, what bike seat did you buy and where? I really need to get one. My nice spin bike is so lonely downstairs, and I feel guilty for not spending more time with it. If I don't work out for a few days, I notice things bother me more.
Deb, I've run into my boys' exes from time to time, and once I do that deep breathe and smile, its okay. Its just that uncomfortable first moment. I've actually liked the girls and always missed them when their relationship ended. They want us to like who they bring home, invite them into the family, and then poof it ends, and I am like what, now I lost a friend? Never realized how many complications could arise from being a parent.
BTW, you are still tiny!
Went to a baby shower and in talking with a person got inspired to try running again. So my goal is to run this hilly four mile loop by the end of summer. It's my short dog walking route so I know it well. Did it mostly walking but will some light jogging alternating. If I don't make it a goal, it just won't happen. Going to do weights today and hopefully squeeze in a bit of yoga. Watched One the Waterfront last night, the old Marlon Brando movie. Believe it or not, never have seen it before. Saw a few classics at the library and borrowed them. Have Some Like it Hot and From Here to Eternity also. DD looked at them and said "do they have sound?"
What's up with Lori?
