Good morning,

I am getting us started. Yesterday I took the dogs for a long walk, it was so hot outside. I will do some cardio and a TB wo today.Happy Hump Day, everyoen. BBL!

Good Morning Ladies

Yesterday I ended up going for a long walk outside, then did Push/Pull Upper Body 2 Sets. Dang my back is sore today....:confused: Today I might try Intensity...one of the premixes.

DB is moving because he's always wanted to go out west. He's been trying for awhile to get out there, and he just got his break. Better sooner than later. For both of us. :( I'll miss him terribly. It was nice to be with a nice, normal guy, that's my age. But if I'm in Vegas (possibly twice) this year, I'll get to see him. He said he'd pick me up at the airport....;)

Belinda- Have a great workout today. :)

Deb- I'm just trying to picture people fighting over bikes....:confused: Amazing....

Kristin- Glad you had a good time in NYC! I've never seen Housewives...but I can only imagine! lol

Lori- Omg ! @ your mother needing you to be sick. :eek: It's not abnormal to not have sickness, is it? Sometimes women float through pregnancies without that, right? What did you end up doing with DS yesterday?

Helene- Hmmm...I haven't heard of Michelle Doziosseios or however you spell her name...lol. Maybe Friday night?

Melissa- Have a great time in Vegas!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm guessing you'll check in today before you go. :) Yeah I wouldn't worry about DA either....;) Cool you guys are going on vacay at the same time!

Cookie- What's up with your it band? What's that from?

Checking in cause I'm not working out again today! Ladies, I need some advice on how to deal with the it band issue. It's been building for a while but naturally I kept ignoring it, and now I can't even start to put the offending leg's ankle on top of the opposing knee to start a stretch. It's the same side that always bothers me. The hip is about 1.5" higher than the other one and everything has to compensate for it. Guess that's why my piriformis was so bad when I tore it. I'm feeling very old and cranky as I write this - sorry. I would have done an ub wo if my shoulder wasn't also sore! Sorry for venting but I really use working out as a stress reliever and right now it isn't working. Today is the second a three-day meeting, and don't know if it accumulating stress or what but I got so sick last night. Wish I didn't get anxious about so many things.

Good Morning:)

I was hoping to wake up earlier so I could have my workout done before my 9:30 arrived but now I know that's impossible. I should have realized that last night b/c I wanna do cardio and legs...that's a 2 hour job. Its 7:30 now so I might manage to do something before she arrives.

DS came out into our bed again last night. That's two nights in a row:confused: So sleep wasn't the best!

Iris** Some people don't have any issues at all when they are pregnant but I'm not one of them. It usually doesn't kick in until the 6 week mark. I am thinking that this weekend will be a bad one. The good thing about work is I can take naps there on the weekend as well:D I made my Dr's appt for the 14 of June...no big rush. The longer I put of him weighing me,the less I will gain in his eyes:p LOL Sorry that guy is moving. I have faith that Mr.Right is out there somewhere! You will find him EVENTUALLY!;)

Kristin** I keep forgetting that school is out for your kids. I saw some lego sneakers when I was in Ottawa, they were pretty cool. Sounds like you have had a good couple of days.

Deb** It would be hilirious to watch people fight over a spin bike! Imagine if a cell phone rang in the midst of it all! Someone would have snapped!:eek: My mom believes me now. My sister told her that two test couldn't be wrong and she said "I know, I just can't believe it".

When I was in Ottawa there was a wrap I wanted at lulu...(SHOCKING I KNOW) but I didn't buy it b/c it would do me this fall when I was pregnant. I looked online last night at there was a similiar one marked down to $59 from $118....so I snatched it up. They had a lot of good sales yesterday! I also ordered two more bras for $29! Im gonna need the support later:eek:

Cookie** Have you been to the Dr? That's the only advice I can give. If it isn't getting any better and your not exercising, you might need to go get it checked out! I can understand why you would be cranky! Even the fat pregnant lady is working out:p

Good morning! We are leaving for Vegas today...I can't wait!!!! I sooooo need a vacation!

Never got a WO in yesterday. I was running around way too much. Not even sure if I will get 1 in today before we leave :eek:

Cookie, yup I went to Danbury yesterday and of course they didn't have any shoes left :( I was NOT happy! I weighed my bag and it's 30 pounds so I'm good woohoo!! I would just see a doc if I were you, just to be sure what's going on. Let us know how it goes and I hope you feel better!

Kristin, that's so cool you spun with Kelly! I love that show lol!!

Deb, nice job on snagging that spin bike ;) I'm allergic to bug bites so of course what happens last night? I broke out in a rash on my arm, right before we have to leave :( I see Benadryl in my future.

Iris, aww that is so sweet of DB. He sounds like a great guy! You never know what can happen ;)

Lori, niiiiiiiiiice on the sale!! I love good sales!! Now I def have to check out this lulu place ;)

Hi Girls,

Workout today was GS legs and a hour of cardio. I started off running but I was having some cramping so I thought I'd stop and do legs first. I hate working legs first. Anyway...by the time I started running again it was gone. I just ran for a while and then walked some hills. Didn't do any crazy sprints or anything that left me gasping for air.

Melissa** Have a good vaca!!!!

I'm feeling weird today....kinda emotional like. I guess its the hormones but I feel as if I need to have a good cry or something. I know everything is a long ways away but I almost feel disorganized or something. I feel like I need a plan of attack! And maybe its just something I am going through now and tomorrow I will be fine again! Ugh!

Hey girls, quick fly by post for me. CLX Lean circuit 1 done today. Tomorrow is burn intervals.

will try and catch up with everyone tomorrow. I've been cleaning and laying by the pool today. My DD did clx with me today, she was so cute. She used 3lb weights;)

Im kinda hungry today so been drinking a lot of water:confused:

Evening all! Tonight's workout was Intensity (step and lo hiit premix) plus no equipment abs. Tomorrow is the last tee ball game. We still have Fun Day for the team on Sunday and then DH and I are taking the team to teh go carts next Friday for a team party. My youngest son's birthday is next week as well so things are a bit crazy here, lol.

Amelia- so cute about your daughter. My youngest son will "help" me get my weights set up by getting out the 3 pounders (I don't even use them anymore). It is so cute though because when he lifts them he grunts, lol.

Trish- sounds like you are really busy. July will be here before you know it ;)

Lori- being emotional is part of the drill, right? Just hang in there. With my second pregnancy I was nutty with emotions. My poor DH suffered, lol. My sons have LEGO sneakers, lol. We actually bought them a few weeks ago at the mall. They were BOGO half off. The boys love them. School is not over yet; we are not done until June 24th.

Melissa- VEGAS IS HERE!!! Yay! Put $20 on black for me ;)

Cookie- (((HUGS)))) I hope your leg is feeling better. I think if it is still bothering you even after resting a few days that you should see a doctor. It cannot hurt to get it checked out.

Iris- Did you do Intensity today? That's too bad DB is moving, but it will give you even more to look forward to when you are down there ;)

Evening,

Some days are better than others.....

AS done this morning.

Work and Dr's appointment. Just a check-up. Then DH calls me because he had an accident and couldn't go pick up the kids. So I left in a hurry to go get them. DH had also forgotten his wallet so I had to bring it to him. Then rush to bring DS to Tae Kwon Do.

..... and now I'm in my Thursday night meeting that last until midnight......

Some days are better than others......

Iris: Sorry, party tomorrow night and baby shower on Saturday. Should me now. I might drink...... So sorry about DB.

Cookie: I hope you feel better soon. Yep on the Dr. and also make a physical therapist. If you find a sports oriented one they can be quite helpful. It was the peak 10 intervals I did and I give it a thumbs up. What did you think of it.

Melissa: $20 on red for me. Kristin or I are bound to win. Then we can split ;)

Lori: Hope you are happy tonight. ;) I don't think I was a very good pregnant lady..... Nice workouts though. Did I tell you I got Slo-Mo. You are always doing it and I figured you can't be wrong. :eek:

Belinda: Good luck with all the house hunting. I'm hopping I never have to move.

Deb: I would so not go to a class that was that crowded that people got nasty over bikes. :confused:

Amelia: I was thinking of food from the day I had and then remembered your post from your blog. So I was wondering why I was automatically wanting to go home and eat as comfort. So I didn't. Good for today. I hope your water was good. :D

Kristin: Yeah on the end of Tee Ball. I think you asked about Peak 10. It was the interval one. I really liked it and will likely reach for it frequently. I would describe it as an Imax workout but done with kickboxing and high impact aerobics instead of with a step. ten intervals increasing in difficulty with a 30 second blast at the end of each.

I took a spin class today because on Thurs. the class has a lot of bikes available. There is one instructor that draws a crowd and she teaches 2 mornings so most of the time I avoid that class:) I also did pilates today because I needed to stretch.

Belinda - I didn't realize you were looking for houses already:confused: Do you have a specific area you want/need to live?

Lori - As I reading you post I'm thinking wait till the baby comes your bed is going to be full:) I'm surprised there isn't a reality show on stuff that happens at gyms, because trust me there is other crap too!

Iris - I'm happy you'll get to go see DB, you never know he may hate it out west.

Cookie - Have you seen a Dr. yet? I agree with Helene, maybe some physical therapy. Don't worry about workouts for now, just watch your eating and everything will be fine. On the stress, a bunch of instructors have been having us do deep breathing at the end of classes, so maybe that.

Melissa - For me have a drink for me. When we were in Vegas I had this summer drink with fresh whole berries in it and it was so good . . . should have asked how to make it.

Amelia - Good job with the water today.

Trish - Hi!

Kristin - Have fun at the game tomorrow. Lots of kiddie parties for you:)

Helene - Rough day for you & you have to work late:( I hope your DH is alright. At least tomorrow is Friday:)
