Evening,
Some days are better than others.....
AS done this morning.
Work and Dr's appointment. Just a check-up. Then DH calls me because he had an accident and couldn't go pick up the kids. So I left in a hurry to go get them. DH had also forgotten his wallet so I had to bring it to him. Then rush to bring DS to Tae Kwon Do.
..... and now I'm in my Thursday night meeting that last until midnight......
Some days are better than others......
Iris: Sorry, party tomorrow night and baby shower on Saturday. Should me now. I might drink...... So sorry about DB.
Cookie: I hope you feel better soon. Yep on the Dr. and also make a physical therapist. If you find a sports oriented one they can be quite helpful. It was the peak 10 intervals I did and I give it a thumbs up. What did you think of it.

I don't think I was a very good pregnant lady..... Nice workouts though. Did I tell you I got Slo-Mo. You are always doing it and I figured you can't be wrong.

Deb: I would so not go to a class that was that crowded that people got nasty over bikes.
Amelia: I was thinking of food from the day I had and then remembered your post from your blog. So I was wondering why I was automatically wanting to go home and eat as comfort. So I didn't. Good for today. I hope your water was good.

Kristin: Yeah on the end of Tee Ball. I think you asked about Peak 10. It was the interval one. I really liked it and will likely reach for it frequently. I would describe it as an Imax workout but done with kickboxing and high impact aerobics instead of with a step. ten intervals increasing in difficulty with a 30 second blast at the end of each.
