Good morning,

I didn't get a workout in yesterday:confused: Went to lunch with a friend:D went to a a Change of Responsibility Ceremony:rolleyes: which took forever:confused: got home, took Browler to the vet. Came home and cooked dinner! That was it!

Today I will do cardio & abs;)

Wow, Belinda, sounds like a another busy day yesterday.
Just drinking my coffee to fuel up for sts total body. I'm so tired this morning, you would think it was Friday already the way I'm moving.

Good Morning,

I was probably the last to check in last night but I will double check to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I am up early for training sessions but I think I only have one in the a.m:D I was waiting to hear from another girl to see if she wanted to have a session but I didn't hear back from her...which means I will be the one getting the good workout in!:D:D Im not sure if Im gonna work UB or LB today.

Belinda** Sounds like you had a nice day yesterday. I am sure you will make up for what you missed.

Cookie** I need to go to bed earlier too. I was up way to late the last two nights and for some reason I woke up before the alarm went off. I thought it was awesome that I still had 30 mins but I kept thinking my alarm wasn't on and I kept rolling over to check the time:mad:

Alright...gotta jet. I will bbl to report my workout and to check in.

Morning,

I ended up doing CTX "Power Circuit" (minus the back workout) + HST " All 5 Cardio sections" premix 10 min + planks/abs/stretch from CTX "Power Circuit". I have never done the Power Circuit workout, was a lot of fun, I also used only 5#. I will walk my dogs and later this afternoon I will do a nice stretch/yoga workout!

Helene - enjoy your STS TB workout today. I had a lot of fun yesterday:p

Lori - have fun with whatever you decited to do!

Disc 13 completed. I did it last night.My arms and chest were shaking at the end, boy. I loved that there were no push ups. My pecs were burnt though, let me tell you. I could not do the barbell presses on the incline, so I did 20 # with 2 # weighted gloves (my BB weight was supposed to be 46 # so that was as close as I could get). this was the easiest of the workouts for Meso 2? Oh boy!

Belinda- you put Jan. 8th on the date and for a second I was like, what!?!?!? It can't be! I am DYING for winter to be over, lol. Great workout!

Lori- I am always afraid my alarm won't work or if I woke up earlier, I am afraid to go back to sleep because then I will have a harder time getting up.

Cookie- how do you like STS TB? Are you using it with STS? I cannot imagine doing another weight workout other than the three STS workouts a week, lol.

Good Morning Ladies

Today will be Legs, maybe some cardio....and definitely a good stretch. I need it. It's starting to get harder keeping up with the intensity of the workouts as elements of my diet get cut. :confused:
My back is on fire today, I think this is the most I've ever had doms in my back! I did lots of pullups yesterday (assisted of course..ugh..someday). Killer......

Funny, I posted this in facebook yesterday, but when I got to work yesterday around 9 a.m., the gym was kind of busy, so I wasn't paying much attention, well it just so happened that the gym totally cleared out around 10:30, and it was just me for a minute, with one t.v. left on, and it was the OTB channel !! Who does that?? LOL.

Belinda- Hmmm...Now I'll have to try power circuit from CTX...lol. Seems like you had a full day yesterday!

Helene- No lunch today, gotta be back into work....it's just not a good time for me to plan anything during the day ...OR at night.... *sigh*. I even missed rehearsal (again) last night. I'm glad you're getting into STS! Did you have your long night last night? How is your driveway doing?? Did your DH salt?

Melissa- Is everyone hopping on the STS traing or what?? :p I didn't realize there was a Billy Blanks Jr.., until I checked out ETV....lol Kinda looks like his dad!

Amelia- Glad you're feeling better! I definitely like the variety of ETV. I even run the meditation ones sometimes while I'm stretching. ;) Very relaxing.

Lori- Yes those are my competition heels. :D I'm very excited! Very envious of your lululemon.....enjoy your new clothes!

Cookie- Yeahhhh that ice on the roof is nasty.....I'm sorry something got damaged. I hope you feel better as the day goes on!

Hey Girls,

Figured I would check in quickly while I am drinking my fruit smoothie...boy, that's bitter:eek: Trying to eat super clean. Yesterday was pretty good. I only had 5 candy and 1/2 of an ice cream...and that's good for me. Just looking for more definition so I am upping my protein a bit. Its not about the weight loss...was 118 lbs this morning.

Belinda** Nice workout as always. I haven't done anything from the CTX series in a long time. They are good workouts though. Love the weight sections as well.

Kristin** Your making me wanna pull out a STS workout. I just might yet. I haven't decided which workout Im gonna be doing...although I am leaning towards UB.

Iris** Your funny! Dare I ask what the OTB channel is. How is that weight gaining going?? Did you ditch those pounds that you gained out of no where?? Oh my workout clothes is soooo cute!!!! I love it! DH didn't say anything of course. He didn't even mention it. I have one more pair of running capris coming and that's it...until I order the sweater I have been eyeing!

O.k..shake is almost gone. I think I will start with abs and then weights so I don't have stuff jiggling around in my belly! Or even worse, a stitch.

Did AS this morning. I am so in love with that workout. Don't know why. I love the steps, the music and the energy coming from Cathe is awesome !

Just a quick check in. I am getting DS ready for preschool but I wanted to report.

I did disc 13 and 15 of STS, 30 mins on the TM and LIC abs and stretch.

Hey all. I took a rest day today; I had a bio exam at 8AM so I decided the more sleep I got the better, though a workout might have gotten the blood flowing now that I think about it. The test was pretty hard...crossing my fingers!! Today I have some serious DOMS in my chest and a little in my abs from yesterday's WO :D

Amelia, I'm not convinced my HRM works properly either. Especially since sometimes it reads at 0 which means I'm dead! LOL ;)

Helene, I'm writing all my results down too. I will log them in on the WO manager this time around also. I think it helps adjust the weights you'll use in future discs but the jury is still out on that one :confused:

Cookie, those boots sound AWESOME! I'm gonna have to go on a search online now. I heard on the radio this morning all the damage being done from falling snow and ice. Crazy!

Lori, great job on the eating! I'm trying to cut down on sugars too. Haven't had any since Saturday and I'm actually not a raging biotch ;) What do you put in your shake? Nice WO today, holy crapola!!!

Belinda, the CTX PC is a lot of fun! Hmm, maybe I will work that in one day.

Kristin, I can't wait for M2 so I don't have to do anymore pushups lol! Really though, I think M2 is my favorite.

Iris, I am still laughing at the OTB thing, haha!

Do you have the tower or a rack to get the BB over your head? I'm scared of doing bench presses with the BB lol
 
Just saying..... seeing the Jennifer Hudson adds left and right is driving me bonkers! I'm with you Melissa on that one.

Lori, so how many articles of clothing did you get altogether? You have to look good for work, right?
Helene, I'm going to have to look at the ads more. Haven't noticed Jennifer Hudson. What a transformation she's had. I also love AS.

Amelia, are you feeling completely recovered? You're making me want to pull out CTX.
Melissa, what did you do to get doms in your abs? They are my least fav part to get doms in, and yet that's probably where I need them most.
Kristin, I liked no pushups in meso 2 and the less equipment needed. Something about meso 1 and the numerous pieces of equipment all over bugs me. Trust me, it's not like I'm super neat and tidy either!
Deb, how are things going? Hope you get to take some time to yourself, especially with so many things going on.
sts tb this morning done, and it seemed to give me more energy during the day. Tomorrow is supposed to be 30/30 and butts & guts. I'll have to start by 4:15 to get them both in, I think. Better go set the coffee maker up.
Anyone got a good book recommendation? I'm currently out of personal reading material and one of my New Year's resolutions was to read at least one book a month for pleasure reading - not work related. So, suggestions please.

Hey Girls

Checking in before I go to bed. And all I wanted to say is "ouchie wah wah"! :confused::confused: My shoulders and chest are on fire already and it hasn't even been 24 hrs! I know you all think Im gone in the head but if I didn't get all of my UB done today, then I wouldn't have gotten it done until Fri and then that would have screwed up doing HR over the weekend. If my friend would just give back the GS series to me I would have done that. I really upped the weight for those two workouts and pushed myself. Hopefully I won't look like a man when I am walking the beaches in Cuba:D

Cookie** Oh...I don't know how much clothes I got but I easily spent over a grand in one month...I know INSANE. DH asked me tonight how much I spent and I asked him if he wanted to know and then he decided that he didn't! LOL I have 3 sweaters, 4-5 pairs capris and probably 9 tank tops...I look real good in all my new clothes! hehe!

Helene** Jennifer Hudson drives me nuts anyway..she always as!

Melissa** Sometimes sleep is way more important!

WOW, you girls are chatty today!

Lori - nice job, on your DOMS! LOL, about the clothes! Your DH is smart, not to ask, lol! I will do CTX cardio this week, haven't done those workout in a while. They are a lot of fun.

Cookie - Browler is doing great, he got his stitches out yesterday. At least now I can take him for walks again. I am looking forward to M2, for the same reason you mentioned!

Melissa - do you have a tower or rack? Hope you enjoyed your rest day. Is it your first round of STS?

Kirstin - wtg, on your chest presses and DOMS! Do you have a tower or rack? You are doing fantastic with your weights, girl!

Helene - I need to learn the steps in AS one of those days, lol! Nice job, this morning!
