Commit to get Fit & Lean for February 2015

Hi guys. It's been a rough couple of days for me. Wednesday was my rest day. Thursday my younger DS had a stressful day at school and when he doesn't understand the math he gets defiant with the teacher. We ended up having to punish him for being disrespectful to her and it was just a bad night. We have the meeting scheduled for 3/9. It cannot get here fast enough. The 1st grade math is intense to say the least. I am not making excuses for him. Basically, he did his homework, had dinner and then straight to bed as a punishment. He cried and carried on for an hour before he finally passed out. It was a bad night! Friday he had a better day, which was good. I was too tired to do a workout though. I am finishing the RWH rotation today. I did RWH Hiit UBC. Monday I am starting STS. I finished all my 1RM testing. According to my workout card for legs next week, I need 30# dumbells. I only have up to 25#. I knew that was going to be the case. I used to have mini barbells, if that makes sense, so that you can make heavier dumbells using barbell plates. However, I cannot find them. I think I lost them with the move. :mad::(

Belinda- So sorry you have been talking to yourself on here. I can say that I did not work out the last three days. . . and my eating was pretty off. Thurday night I had a few glasses of wine when the kiddies went to bed and I ate a lot of candy and chips thanks to DH. I blame him, lol.

I posted the other day but it isn't on here, weird.

On Wednesday night I worked late and was at a stop light not far from my house and the person behind me (who turned out to be a neighbor) didn't stop at the light and ran probably about 40 mph into my car. I was sandwiched between the car in front of me and the car that didn't stop. My head, neck & back are sore but not bad if you saw the car. I thought they could fix it but when I brought it in they were surprised how much damage the car had, even the police were shocked. I'm not sure if she could have been drinking or texting but I don't think she ever braked! I received a message today that said the car can't be fixed and it is totaled. I'm thankful that I am ok. The car was only 7 months old:(.

Today I did M3D32 Plyo legs didn't do the plyo and just doubled up the weight work. I also did yoga on Friday and it helped stretch me out.

Belinda - I'm wondering if I was out of it when I posted and forgot to hit the button:oops: Sorry you were alone. It looks like you are having lots of fun with 21 day fix.

Kristin - I feel so bad for your ds it must be so frustrating for him and he is too young to be going through this. The mini barbells sound interesting maybe you left them in your old garage. I wanted to finish M3 before I leave for Florida but will come up short.
