Morning all. I never worked out yesterday, I was so exhausted. I think I am giving new meaning to rest week, lol. I only did two workouts this week. Ont eh agenda for today is Intensity. I have only done the step and lo premix. today I want to do the whole workout, plus ab work from ab circuits. We shall see.

Lori- vaca without kids. . . I am jealous! We are hoping ot go to Florida in April, but with the kids. they are driving me nuts lately. I think because we are all cooped up in this tiny house. Cannot go anywhere with this weather and another winter storm is supposed to come today with snow, sleet and rain, ugh!!!!
Cookie- lol, thanks. I think I am most proud of the fact that I did not gain the weight back, you know? What keeps me motivated now is pushing myself further (like with STS) to stay healthy and strong. I see my mom, taking 12 different meds for hypertension, diabetes, etc. That will never be me! I won't allow it and you guys here on this forum with Cathe keep me motivated every day! So thank you!
Iris- I don't know how you and Lori do it. I was so exhausted yesterday and you both have such jam packed days, lol.

Okay, so tomorrow I am going to Dick's sporting goods to get more plates. I refuse to buy more DB, but my 70 and 80 % 1RM for squats and other leg work is over 30 #, which is the highest I have. So I have two short BB "Sticks" as I call them to make adjustable DBs, but the plates are thick and so awkward to hold. I am going to buy thin plates and buy enough to go from 35 to 40#. LOL. Who knew when I started working out with Cathe in 2008 that I would be buying plates to do heavy squats like this, lol?
