Well I won't catch up much on personals but I'll try to stay on top of the current ones. LOL.
Belinda: I know what you mean about doing too much..... Not sure that's a good thing. LOL. Glad you have your kids with you. +/- luggage. Better than the other way around (luggage but no kid). All right, enough fun for today. Yes, having done both some heavy weights and Insanity workouts, I was wondering how you were going to hold up. Make sure you get some naps in.

I love BM2 as well. Some great premixes on that one too. Enjoy your rest day. Maybe you'll rub off on me some and I'll do some laundry and cleaning when I get home. LOL. TF is fun. It's kind of like Insanity light but not quite. I like that some of the workouts are really short and I can tack them on. But I'm actually going to try and do one month's worth with some short weight sessions and see how I do.
Cookie: So you are making cookies to exchange them. That is too funny. We just got some Amish friendship bread form a neighbor yesterday. We got to do stuff for 10 days. It's fun for the kids.
Melissa: So you have two countdowns right? One for when you give your notice and one for when you leave.
PS, Insanity is def worth it in my book (compared to TF since you already had TJ). It's intense all right and different. The guy has a good personality and the music while not recognizable is good as well I find. Maybe Belinda can add. I think Cookie has it too. This water park is North of Albany.
Amelia: You sound in much better spirits now that you've actually had time to breathe a little bit. Well done. Glad to see that you also found some people to enjoy at the place your work at.
Lori: How many sessions are you up to every week now? Your schedule sounds insane. And then you wonder why you loose weight before Christmas?! Only you can keep up with a schedule like that!

It's go go go before my TC tonight and DH is gone from 7:30 on. Don't think I'll get anything in. Worked legs and abs yesterday and had fun at the water park.
