No workouts to report. Had a long weekend though, sunday we took the kids to a local mall...later in the day we went out to get some dog food and the damn car broke down again.:mad: We had to call a wrecker to pull the Pain-in-The-ass cruiser back to our house.:mad: So now we have one car until DH figures out whats wrong with the piece of crap. Once he fixes it this time we're going to trade it in;)

Yesterday we baked at the braves game (baseball game). I made DH move in the shade in the 4th inning;)

I've got donut duty this morning......:rolleyes:

I will get back in the grind of things tomorrow. I will try and check back in later.

I accomplished a fair bit yesterday. I think I have all of my things gathered up and I really don't need to buy anything else. Although I went to the mall and this was catching my eye...and that was catching up eye!:eek: I have enough clothes for the 7 days I will be away. I ordered two more suit from VS though and they should be here on the 13th which is cutting it pretty close cause we leave on the 14th. If they don't arrive, we do know a couple of people who work with the postal service so maybe they could check the next days mail in the evening:D I did that before when I ordered a pair of VS boots and I wanted them for a girls night. I have a couple of other things to do, like write down DS's schedule for my mom but I can do that at work.

Yesterday's workout was 10k outside and HR. I am not sure what I will do today. Maybe a smaller run and then some bike...I have little over an hour to workout. I will figure something out.

Belinda** Your almost done with STS AGAIN! And you didn't get sick this time! (knock on wood!)

Ameila** I am guessing you are working today if you are up this early. I set my alarm for 5:30 but didn't haul my a$$ out until 5:45....and I went to bed with DS at 9:30. I had plenty of sleep. Yeah...I think you need a new car;)

Iris** Hope you have your problem solved. AND I will cross my fingers for you with the success story! I wish now that I had taken pics of myself after I had DS and compared them to now. But I couldn't bring myself to do it! LOL I was about 30 lbs heavier then I am now.

Deb** Your on the ball having sauce made for easter all ready. I picked up a few easter treats yesterday when I was out but I need to get the kids something. Although...DH bought DD a new Iphone yesterday. I think that was a present in itself.

Krsitin** So your not gonna get to go to FL with the kiddies? LOL Did you get your homework done?

Melissa** Sounds like you had a pretty busy weekend. I bailed on one of my clients. I just didn't have the time to workout with the yesterday.

I think that's everyone, but I could be wrong. I hope I have a busy day at work b/c I don't wanna get sleepy later. I did have 8 hours of sleep though..I should be fine.

Morning all and Happy Monday! I usually detest Mondays, but being as though I have four more days until we leave for FLorida, I am happy it is here, lol. SEcond practice today. I hope it doesn't rain. DH and I have the whole thing planned out. We are going to do a scrimmage. Should be interesting :).

Melissa- I stole Low Max from you. I wanted to hit the lower body and get cardio in, and when I saw your post, I said that is it! LOL.

Lori- Come hell or high water I am going to be in Florida by Friday, lol. Knowing that we were going since FEb. has given me the strength to get through this damn cold, snow-overkill winter blues. 145 essays graded yesterday! I am getting all my ducks in order because DH and I agreed no work or distractions during this family vacation. We all need it!

Belinda- Almost done there yourself, I see. How were the results this round through?

Amelia- sorry to hear about the PIA car. What car are you looking to get?

Deb- How heavy to you load your BB with the 10# vest? I wanted to build more muscle in my legs and although there is a slight difference, it is not as obvious as my upper body. I think squat rack legs might have been the better way to go.

Okay, I'll be back later. Busy day today, but I am hoping to get some cardio in, even if it is just 30 mins, like a 4 ds cardio premix or something.

Lori, only a few more days! Has your ds noticed the packing going on?

Amelia, I get so frustrated when a car breaks down, especially since I know nothing about them. Nothing but money pits.
Kristin, only a few more days for you also. Bet you're good at keeping clutter at bay.

Deb, sauce done already?!!! Talk about organized. Wow, are you really thinking of doing both squat rack and plyo at the same time? Doms away.

Well, life has been crazy. I must hold a lot of tension in my shoulders cause they have been so sore the past week. Did yoga on Saturday, PUB and a circuit wo yesterday, plus a dog walk. Today was hiit, and already I'm feeling better. It was so gorgeous out yesterday.

Good Morning Ladies

Yesterday I got 3 hours total of yoga in...and hour and a half in the morning, and the same last night....*sigh* I needed it!

This morning I'm working out at the gym after my first client. Functional type workout with the boys. ;) I got a lot accomplished around the house yesterday! It looks like we're all going to be out town around the same time!

I'm definitely feeling much better today. :eek: I can't believe the success story is up already! :eek: It was up last night! :D I've been meaning to do it...but seriously...hate talking about myself for the entire world to see...but I guess I'm over it. lol

2 DAYS...til Carolina! Woo hoo!

Belinda- Wtg on STS! (again!). Yeah definitely get all your options laid out before you make a decision. ;) I've pretty much been working out every other day on average. I'm thinking a big goal of mine will be more mind/body this month!

Lori- I bet you're getting excited about your trip! So, you don't have to have before pictures for Cathe's success stories...so do it!

Kristin- Have a fun practice!! Good luck! lol :p

Deb- Hmmm...I like both Plyo AND squat rack....but plyo is definitely more cardio and legs! I haven't heard back from anything yet...:(

Melissa- Yeah...our age group really struggles making ends meet don't we? *sigh*. Glad your tasting went so well!! that's so awesome!

Cookie- It was beautiful yesterday, wasn't it! Going to be pretty warm today too! Upper 70;s. Sorry life has been so crazy for you...I bet you're looking forward to break! My mom is hanging in there..thanks for asking. :) She's been holding me up lately...:(

Just saying hi from the train. Yesterday's wo was p90x chest & back and today was p90x plyo + Ab ripper. I'm surprised how much I'm liking it:)

Ahhhh, I'm back! Stayed up too late and woke up too early...sheesh! Today is going to be tough to get through.

Deb - Yup, I'm liking p90 so far. I've only done two wos but am really surprised at how little weight work is included. I think it will be a good wo to bring on vacay. How was dinner with DH? Everybody is having date nights. I need to put a bug in DH's ear. LOL!

Melissa - How did the tasting go? I wish there was a Stew Leonard's by me. Insanity looks insane!! p90 is easier than Cathe, IMO, but it's kind of a nice change. Just something different. But, I agree, I don't know how long I will last without some good 'ol Cathe!

Belinda - Enjoy STS today!

Amelia - Donut duty sounds so fun, but I'm guessing not at 4:00 AM:confused:

Lori - I haven't even pulled out a suitcase yet:eek:. I need to get my butt in gear. Nice wo yesterday;)

Hola! This morning I did the cardio timesaver premix from Drill Max and 30 min on the elliptical. Also got some studying in for my bio exam tomorrow and now I'm just waiting for my brother to get ready and we are going out for some shopping! I need new cross trainers BADLY.

Deb, squat rack AND plyo legs?! You go girl!! Hahah, we were actually gonna meet at a bar and as much as I wanted to, I said no because it's bad enough that we hardly get anything done without drinks involved.

Belinda, how is the packing coming along?

Amelia, sorry to hear about your car :( That sucks. How was the game? My goal this summer was to go to more baseball games BUT even with $5 bleacher seats, it costs an arm and a leg to go! I guess I'd be ok if I didn't drink or eat at the stadium but I don't see that happening lol

Lori, I want your connections! I hope you get your stuff on time for vacay!

Kristin, LOL@ Low Max. That workout always gets me; it sounds so innocent but it kicks your butt! One of the many reasons why I can't wait for the new low impact stuff to come out!!

Cookie, the group meeting was really fun actually. We met for 6 hrs and did 2 hrs of work :eek: I think one of the kids has a crush on me; he calls me a lot for no reason and he's always asking about my dating status. Too bad he's 21 :eek: Also doesn't help that he thinks I'm 22; he just assumed that's how old I am and I never bothered to correct him. If I was 10 years younger I would be all over that haha! Glad you're feeling better!

Iris, congrats again on the success story! You write really well! :eek: 3 hrs of yoga?! For some reason I find yoga REALLY challenging to get through, prob cuz I have ADD :confused:

Trish, I LOVE Stew Leonard's! All their salads are SO good and most of it is really healthy. Best of all it's clean! Insanity is way too much to do 6 times a week IMO but here and there I can handle it.

My manager is gone and I have to stay late for a flight. I am getting sleepy now! Up to earrrrrrly!

Today's workout was a run and bike mixed in with HST. I also did LL abs.

Iris** Glad to hear you are feeling better. Me don't like it when your down!:D Hope you had a good workout today.

Kristin** It does helping knowing that your going somwhere warm. I hope that our winter will soon be over when we get back. It will be the end of April so MY LARD! Its time.

Trish** I did P90X once but never really got into it. I like DOMS and never had any, even when I upped my weights.

Melissa** I bought a new pair of sneaks last week and it makes a world of difference.

Cookie** DS hasn't really noticed but I hope he does o.k. I think my mom is taking him to her house the whole time.

Hi all! Here to report that tonight's workout was 4 DS HIS step only premix and no equip abs from ab circuits. Practice went really well. The team is coming together. Although, some of them did not realize at the end that they were all on the same team, lol.

Lori- this has definitely been the never-ending winter. Just a few more days to go!!!!

Melissa- I am soooo pre-ordering this time!!! LIC and Low Max are two of my favorites. I break a sweat every time and without all the jumping, lol.

Trish- I try to get all the grading done during the week, but the week caught up with me, and I always give back essays within a week's time. So it took from around 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a few kiddie breaks in between, lol. Just glad I got it done, and it met my own deadline. I used to hate when you turned something in and the teacher took two months to give it back.

Iris- 3 hours of yoga!!!!! My God, your body must feel like butta, lol.

Cookie- we try our best to keep the clutter under control. With my two wise guys, it is hard, lol.

Belinda- two more to go!!

I do have DOMs in my legs tonight took awhile for me to realize why:confused: I did about 3/4 of plyo legs yesterday, my way of modifying. Today, I took a spin class. The fitness manager (she also teaches) asked me if I would be in a focus group for the gym to answer ?'s about new ideas for the gym . . . I said yes.

Belinda - Kudos on getting your workouts in and packing.

Amelia - What a way to start your Monday, making the donuts;) Sorry about the car but sounds like you had fun at the game.

Cookie - How is your Mom doing? Looks like your getting your workouts in:)

Lori - That is a nice gift for DD. Talking about phones I know when my son's gf went out of the country she needed to contact her cell phone co. to upgrade her phone for international phone calls otherwise they would have charged her a lot of $$$$.

Iris - A Cathe success story . . . I looked but didn't see your story:confused:

Trish - I thought you would like P90X it's different and a nice change:)

Kristin - 145 essays that's a lot of reading . . . hopefully it was interesting:) Great weather for practice today. I don't/can't lift very heavy my bb is 30lbs & the vest is 10lbs. even with a squat rack at the gym not much more weight.

Melissa - Good luck with the bio exam tomorrow. Too funny about the 21 yr. old, ugh DS's age that makes me old;)

Helene - Hopefully you don't have to work late this week.
