Good Morning!:)

I don't even know what the date is so I just put in the day:)
We have baby group today so I am going to make this quick. Have to get DS's breakfast and get ready to go. Im looking forward to it. We were stuck in the house yesterday b/c the weather was awful! Today isn't a whole lot better and I bet baby group is as far as we will get today. I thought it was suppose to be sunny today and was planning a long run but thats not gonna happen.
Yesterdays workout was abs and HC#2 (hi and low intervals) a good workout and I had lots of energy for it but I was happy when it was over. Im not sure what I will do today. Maybe B&G and a run? We will see!

Amy** Sorry to hear you had a bad night at work!!! I guess you have to take the good with the bad right?

Cookie** Nah, no need to call the copers:) Im o.k! hehe! I usually do pretty good on my night shifts at work and usually end up seeing a drop in the scale but lately I have been picking at sweets in the night time at work and the scale as been creeping up! Actually, I am drinking lots of water and watching what I eat for the next few days and THEN I will weigh! LOL It was sooo hard last night though, I went to bed hungry but thats it, gotta do what I gotta do. Once I am past the first day,I am good to go!

Kristine** Doesn't matter what time you check in as long as you do!

Cheryl** Is there anyway you could give me more detail on this diet...sounds like something I could follow!!!! Do I need a proper book or anything? Would be fun if we were doing it together. If there is a link, you can just give that to me and I will go from there.

Good Morning girls!

Im debating on letting DD be late for school or letting her stay home :eek:. She had a cough last night and was crying saying that she didn't want to go to school today:-( She loves school so i know shes not making it up:-(

Todays workout is pour hour, i love the music on this and the workouts arent THAT intense(like the gs series;-)) and i will try and squeeze in a 30min PW on the TM:eek:! I really need to get me some protien powder,i've noticed that im not so hungry when i drink them ! Just haven't had the extra money to get me some:-( x(!

Good morning Lorie-my first day back on track was good until my cravings started last nightx9 needless to say,i didn't go to bed hungry like you didx(. I will try harder today! I didn't eat alot,just some saltines but i figured if i was going to eat something,the crackers were better than greasy chips? I drank TONS of water yesterdy too,will do agian today!

Amy-LOL,I know your not ignoring me;-) I know your a busy gal just like everybody here:) Man i would LOVE to live in florida(except during the hurricane season;-)) Im so sorry to hear about your patient yesterday:-( great workout though!

Good morning ladies,

Today's workout will be GS Legs again, woohoo! Not sure if I am excited about it or not. I always have to modify the floorwork a little bit, but that's ok.

Lori - I have baby group today as well. So I know Heidi will take a nice long nap afterwards and hopefully I will get my entire workout in before she wakes up. The last couple of days her naps have been rather short. x(

Amelia - Oh, we checked in at the same time. Sorry to hear that your DD is not feeling well!

Good morning girls,

My DH left this morning! One week wasn't enough. Last week has been really stressful with my DD College Graduation Saturday! We also had graduation party for her Saturday as well! I am also planning on staying in the US with my DS! Him moving in with his friends are not happening! They both moving back in with there parents! I feel really bad leaving my son without family here! I can't believe my DH will be in Germany for 2 more years and I will be siting here in the states! Life is really grazy! Isn't it! One part of me wants to be with my DH, the other part want to be with my son! I am so confused! I wished my DS would come with us to Germany, but he wants to go to UTEP! I feel like I am on a rollercoster the last week! I also haven't worked out since last week!

I have the workouts written out on a spreadsheet I could share with you, but it would help if you had the photos and description and everything in the book, which is copy righted... plus a huge file that probably wouldn't transmit via e-mail. but I could tell you more and could share my spreadsheet.

Well, I love the WarpSpeed program so far. Feels like heaven compared to my last two rounds. I'm not going to weigh until weekend. Workout kicked my fanny end this morning. Got to use my new squat rack and slant risers plus used my spinning bike for the cardio intervals. I can tell this program will be good - just enough calories to fuel all-out workouts but still have fast weight loss. It's like BFL on turbospeed.

hey girls,just popping in to report my workout and i will bbl with personals!:)

did PH squats,plea's,chest,biceps and then a twenty minute walk on the TM. tommorrow i will finish PH including abbs and do another PW but it will be a thirty minute one!

Hey Girlies!

Just reporting my workout:) I did abs again (PUB and ME) and a 7 mile run in 65 mins. I usually listen to my Ipod but DD took it to school so I listened to our local radio station and really enjoyed the music they were playing. I was full of energy the whole time!

Well, not really morning, but you get the point! Just getting up and going today. I usually save wine for Thursdays, but I just had to have some last night. I was still mentally exhausted last night!

Today is cardio, although what isn't known yet....the story of my life!;-)
 
Hi girls,

I just finshed GS Chest & Triceps! Yah, with my BB, some plates and one 10 pound DB! I feel really poor working out like this! LOL! I also will do cardio this afternoon!

Amy I am so sorry for what happend! I feel for you!

Oh Belinda, you need megahugs. It can’t be easy having to make such a decision. You are so smart to keep working out to deal w ith the stress. As you can guess, when stress hits I usually dive into a few dozen cookies. Glad you have more wisdom and self control.

Lori, did you do PUB, ME, and a run? !!! My head is spinning. So you’re thinking of Warp Speed also? That could be your nickname. J/K

Amy, I love wine. Boy, that doesn’t sound good does it? Wine and a confession of cookie diving on a fitness site. Well,, as a nurse, I’m sure you’re doing it for medicinal purposes. Just curious why you usually save it for Thursdays?

Amelia, do you keep track of your miles, I bet you’ve almost walked the length of the Appalachian Trail. Are you far from where it starts/ends in Georgia? Did you daughter stay home? Hope she feels better soon, and doesn’t share whatever it is she has. My kids always shared germs much better than toys.

Cheryl, I went back to that website again, and you’ve really got me thinking about Warp Speed. Even tho I just confessed to wine and cookies, I really do eat quite clean most of the time, and so I’m wondering if he calls for protein powders and other similar items. I’m just really wary of trying them, but I’m not sure why. Would you please let me know about this? Also, about how long are the workouts? Is it primarily weights and then HIIT? Enable me, please….

Kristine, how old are your daughter and stepdaughter? GS Legs is one Cathe I don’t have. I love B&G and L&G though. I’ve thought about adding in GS Legs but have decided to wait for STS. What’s the difference between GS and the others?

Well, I have this huge project to get done and I’ve been procrastinating major time! Woke up early to work on it, and it is still not done. However, it will be this evening. My husband convinced me to take a second rest day for my back. I’ll see how it is tomorrow, but I do miss that relaxed, less stressed out feeling I get from exercise.
 
Cookie, yep, mainly weights and HIIT. Protein powder isn't mandated but is really helpful for getting that protein quota in for the minimum number of calories. I'm making some protein shakes in the morning and using a few pre-packaged protein shakes here and there.

I don't mind the bars, but they have more calories for the grams of protien, I find. So the shakes are a better bargain.

Give it a serious thought - maybe you want to do it with us?
