Good Morning!
I don't even know what the date is so I just put in the day
We have baby group today so I am going to make this quick. Have to get DS's breakfast and get ready to go. Im looking forward to it. We were stuck in the house yesterday b/c the weather was awful! Today isn't a whole lot better and I bet baby group is as far as we will get today. I thought it was suppose to be sunny today and was planning a long run but thats not gonna happen.
Yesterdays workout was abs and HC#2 (hi and low intervals) a good workout and I had lots of energy for it but I was happy when it was over. Im not sure what I will do today. Maybe B&G and a run? We will see!
Amy** Sorry to hear you had a bad night at work!!! I guess you have to take the good with the bad right?
Cookie** Nah, no need to call the copers Im o.k! hehe! I usually do pretty good on my night shifts at work and usually end up seeing a drop in the scale but lately I have been picking at sweets in the night time at work and the scale as been creeping up! Actually, I am drinking lots of water and watching what I eat for the next few days and THEN I will weigh! LOL It was sooo hard last night though, I went to bed hungry but thats it, gotta do what I gotta do. Once I am past the first day,I am good to go!

Cheryl** Is there anyway you could give me more detail on this diet...sounds like something I could follow!!!! Do I need a proper book or anything? Would be fun if we were doing it together. If there is a link, you can just give that to me and I will go from there.
