Good Morning!
I can't beleive no one as started the thread by now But I guess everyone is busy with work, Ameila is gone camping and that just leaves me and Belinda, and she is probably sitting and looking out the window waiting for her shower part:+
I had a good night at work last night. I didn't settle in until 2 ish and I wasn't even really tired then. As of now I don't have any flights tonight so it will be a much better night!
Planning on another run today. Its windy so hopefully it won't be to warm. I also have some nice DOMS going on from yesterdays workout!
Cookie** I really liked WW's and would do it again if need be. The really good thing about it, I was nursing so i got 30 points a day plus AP! I wasn't hungry at all and the weight came off. Portion control wasn't the problem with me, it was the picking at everything in between. I was back to my prepreg weight 4 monthes after baby. I signed up for ww's when he was 4 weeks old so I lost 20 lbs in 3 monthes. Hope your week isn't to crazy for ya. And I know what you mean about the long workout or rest...sometimes a good workout is as good as a rest!
