Good Morning:)

I am up early to get a workout in before work again. I think I am going to do BC with 5 mins interval runs...which would make 4 miles.Im not doing BC cardio though, just the UB/LB/abs.
Last night I did another 4 miles on the TM as well. I wanted to do it but didn't want to...you know what its like sometimes! I felt waaaaay better after I had it done. I was thinking about doing the same thing tonight but I may have to go back to work and help the new girl with a flight. I don't REALLY want to but it will be another 4 hours pay on my check, so we will see.

Ameila** How complicated is BFFM? Ive never been one to follow a diet. I guess the only time I ever have is when I followed ww's and I wouldn't have done it then if I didn't fit into any of my clothes after having DS.And there was always leway there with the point system, I could always have a treat if I needed to.What are your workout plans for the day?

Belinda** They say if you haven't used something in a yr, get rid of it!When we moved we put a pile of stuff in my inlaws carwash (use to be a carwash) and 16 monthes later there is still stuff up there! I guess it can all go in a yard sale now.

Cheryl** Are you home yet? How did your diet do when travelling? Your such a trooper!

Sara** Did you get any cardio in yesterday? Was the scale rrrrrrrrrrreally bad to you???;( ;( I hope not!!

I should get my butt moving. Im also going to have a fairly busy day at work today but I should get a chance to check in at some point. The new girl worked last night and apparently she does nothing! Whats wrong with younger people these days? I left her a note reminding her of her nightly duties...lets see if she has them done when I go in!

Good Morning!

Lori, I did get some cardio in yesterday. Went walking at lunch and later took my dog to the park and walked some more. When I got home from that I did an old firm tape that was all abs and lower body floor work. The floor exercises were perfect for starting to work on the muscles around my knee again. So far it hasn't been hurting me too much this week...so maybe it's finally healing!!!

Today will be P90x backs and biceps. I'm still going strong with UB workouts!!! And then hopefully after work, I'll make it to the gym to do some more biking. It does suck having to walk the 10K...but I'd rather miss out on the first race of the year...than injure myself more seriously and miss the running the rest of the summer. I'm just happy it's just tendonitis!

The scale was really bad in my mind!!...but in all honesty it could be worse. Like Lori, I am trying to get back to my 117 self...and well on Monday, according to the scale at the dr. office i was 128!!! which was just horrifying to me. I've been afraid to check myself anymore this week...but I have been trying hard to eat better. I'm hoping that this break in running and hardcore cardio...will actually help me when I start full force again. Since I haven't run in so many weeks, I'm hoping I'll drop a few once I can go strong on cardio again. We'll see!

wow,you guys are early birds today

I feel like crap,my itchy throat and sinuses have turned into a full blown cold.Im not sure if its allergies or what?

Today is a scheduled rest day,thankgoodness because my head was killing me during my workout yesterday! It almost didn't happen. I didn't do the floor work but what else is new;-)

Lori-Im not exactly sure how complicated BFFB is? I did get some info on what im suppose to be eating yesterday so im starting that today. My Macro's is 30% carb, 30% fat and 40% protein. I have to go to fitday .com and put in everything that i eat so i don't have to figure it up for myself! I was on that website yesterday and it took me two hours to put in what i ate yesterday(manuallyx() but once you enter a food,its there! Ive been eating WAY to little caloriesx(.Im willing to do anything right now because ive been stuck for so long:-(! Great workout yesterday!

Sara-Did you weigh before going to the doctors? the reason im asking is because there is a ten pound difference in my scale and the doctor's!:eek:! Your doctor's scale could be off...alot!Good job on your walking and firm tape yesterday!! Keep doing workouts like that and your knee will be healed in no time!

Belinda-I hope you get to take a nap today!! 3am is too early for me to be drinking coffee:+. I bet your having a blast with your kids!! Hows the house coming along? Is it ready to be rentede/sold?

Whaddya know? Im back...this may be brief though. I am actually happy that this is going to be a busy day b/c it will keep me from eating when I am not hungry and the day will flllly!:)

Sara** I know what you mean about the # being bad. The weird thing for me is even though the scale as crept up and Im only 5 lbs away from my prepreg weight, there are jeans that I still can't fit into b/c they are to big. So Im sure I have traded some fat for muscle since having DS. The scale should only be used as a guide and not be meant to ruin our day! I should hide mine away;) Glad to hear you got some workouts in yesterday and your knee didn't bother you!!!

Ameila** Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well! That was me about 3 weeks ago! If its the same bug, its a little hard to get rid of. I use to put everything into those websites to and I hated it when the food I ate wasn't there. Even the simplist thing like low fat yogurt. I guess it is kind of like ww's online. I liked the fact with ww's that you could add your food into your favorites and just click on it when you ate it. It was good for me cause I have a habit of eating the same things over and over:)

My workout ended up being 6 seg of BC and 3.5 miles on the TM.Wasn't to bad, wish I could have finihsed it all but I couldn't get my butt to get downstairs any faster!!

Hi ladies,

Sorry, I was so busy and didn't had time to check in. I did LL yesterday. Nice workout, haven't done it in forever. Today the rotation calls for Mega Step Blast, not sure if I have ever done it. My girlfriend is coming over for lunch, so I better get my butt in gear.

Lori, good job on your workout today and sounds like you've been quite busy. HOw's your little guy doing? My Ryan is full of energy and doing great. I got him onto a mid day nap (after lunch) and he's sleeping for 2-3 hours, it's a GREAT nap schedule for me.

Amelia, sorry to hear you are sick! Sounds like your workouts are going well though and I'm happy your clothes are looser, all good news!

Kristine, good job on LL yesterday. HOw is miss Heidi doing?

Sara, how are you doing? Sorry to hear of your injury and hope you bounce back quickly.

Cheryl, hope you are having a good week and it sounds like you are getting in great workouts.

Well girls, my surgery is tomorrow:( I'm a bit nervous but ready to have it over with. I haven't done very much working out lately, but the plan is to resume workouts with some nice walks about two weeks afer the surgery. My sister will be coming to stay for a week at that point and she is going to go walking with me.

I'll check back in a few weeks from now once I'm starting back up with something! Feels strange to be so inactive....grrrr!
