Good Morning!:)

Up to get my workout in before work:) Suppose to be Kenpox but Im thinking about running instead. I want to give Kenpox a try but Ive heard it isn't overly hard and I want to make the best out of my hour today:)
Good job on the workouts yesterday! Seems like everyone had a good one!

As for my friend, didn't hear from her yesterday and I didn't want to call b/c I was afraid that her husband was home and answer! Hopefully we will hear from her today.
Yesterdays workout was a 63 mins run, and P90X Legs and back! Good workout and my buns are feeling it today!

Good Morning girls!

Yay,its friday...memorial weekend,and its my DD's last day of school so no more waking up this early for a while! When she starts back in the fall she will be riding the bus;-) no more carpool mommy!

Today's workout will have to be later in the day because i've got dd's end of the year assembly to go to this morning,then im getting my hair trimmed,then grocery shopping!So it will happened in the afternoon! It will be a 40min powerwalk with hand and ankle weights, and gs legs or i may do butts and gutts...some lowerbody workout!

Lori-How are you liking tony? I saw the commercial about p90x on tv yesterday. It does look interesting! Im sure kenpox isn't has hard as some of cathe's intense workouts? Is it? Have you previewed it yet?

Im having a hard time lately staying on my diet? Last week i did for about three days then i caved,this week i went three days agian before caving? Ive got to get my act together and stay focused...its just hard right now for some reason? My workouts on the other hand are AWESOME!:7
 
Ameila** Tony (in some ways) reminds me of Jim Carey. Kind of annoying but funny at the same time. I didn't think he was to bad yesterday but maybe he is growing on me. I tell ya what I don't like though...the girls in the workouts...sometimes they sound like they are having sex! Seriously, I don't like hearing those noises! I don't know anyone who makes noises like that when they are stretching or working out, for that matter. If your gonna make noises..grunt...dont grone!:7

Have my workout complete unless something happens and I can do Kenpox tonight. I did a 6 mile run in 53 mins. Thats all I could pull out. I had time for another mile but decided to finish and not feel so rushed to get to work!

Good morning ladies,

My workout today will be PS Back and Biceps and Abs. Looking forward to it and when afterwards I can have a yummy protein bar :9 .

Amelia - Don't worry, it just a phase that you have a hard time staying on track with your diet, happens to me too. Looks like you have a good workout planned power walk with weights, I have never done that before, sounds nice and challenging.

Lori - Yeah, Tony can be annoying but I really like his workouts. They are a nice change and your will be even more excited going back to Cathe, hehe. How is your little man doing? Is he talking a lot yet?

today is LB workout for me! I will do Leaner legs with add on or PS legs! Not sure with one yet! I also will try to get an extra cardio in today! Tonight I will fly to San Antonio!

Kristine** Oh Rylan is the sweetest little thing but yet, he can be so bad at times. I put the gate up so he can't fall down the steps and now he takes cans of food and throws it down over the steps. He thinks its the funniest thing...me..not so much!;) He really isn't saying anything new. But when he sees a dog he says "gog...roo..roo..roo" I guess thats the noise a dog makes:)
I think i will be happy to get back to cathe as well. Im not nearly as sore as I am when working out with cathe...wonder why?

Hey, gals! Got in my WSWL weights this morning - deadlifts, romanian deadlifts, ball crunches, step ups and kettleball swings. I was too tired to get in the speed intervals. Long story. But I may catch them up tonight or over the weekend.

Amelia, my strategy right now is to get plenty of protein and it seems to be licking my cravings. When you feel mentally ready I think you might want to give the WSWL protocol a try. I'd be your buddy on it if you want to give it a go.

Meanwhile - have a wonderful holiday weekend!!!

Hey girls,just a quick pop in to report my workout and i will bbl with personals in the morning:)

im done with my workout! Yay, I started with abbs then GS legs/standing then a 30minute powerwalk.

LMAO,Lori....i wouldn't care to hear women groning either!

Cheryl-I wanted to thank you agian for sending me the info on the WSWL!! Im reading it now and ive got to psyche myself out before i give it a go!!! I did do those ball planks that i saw on there,and yowza...there tough! I think my tounge was hanging out while i was scrolling down the page,with all those muscle men:+}(!

ok,gotta go hey to everybody i missed and i will bb in the morning:)
 
All done with B&G, standing only. I did do some of the stability ball abs, but ran out of time. THEN, after I got all ready to head in to work, they called me and put me "on call". So, now, I'm doing piddly stuff like transcribing the nutritional info from the back on one food log to the next.

Lori- I'm with you, I could only hack Tony for about 6 weeks before I had to put him away. I realized later that doing his plyometrics as well as his legs routine is what was making my knee hurt a lot! I thought that I had torn my medial meniscus, but since giving up on him and going back to Cathe, my knee feels great!
