Good Morning!

Well, it really isn't TGIF for me:-( I start back to work today for the weekend. Not only that, the new girl quit yesterday evening so Im not sure if there will be more work on my plate this weekend or not. One of the girls confronted her on the fact that she is always cleaning up after her and that she lied to her. She asked her to cover a shift for her b/c she had a funeral to go to , when in reality it was a job interview! I was the one who spilled the beans on that one b/c I didn't know she told her that she had a funeral...not that it would have mattered b/c I probably would have still told her. She did o.k with her "job" but she did not clean up after her flights. Its not rocket science to clean up your own mess! If you don't do it, who will? The person comming in after you? In saying this, I wouldn't be surprised if I go in and she is there, I think she is just as crazy as that.

Anyway, I am up early to get my workout done. Its just going to be an hour long and I dont have a clue what I am doing. Maybe something from the BM2 DVD!

Where is everyone? I can't wait for Belinda to go back to Germany so she can talk to us more!;) hehe!

I ended up doing Cardio and Weights from the BM2 dvd. Boy, it is so hard to do step so early in the morning! I feel like I am going to trip over the step!

Today should go by pretty fast. I have 3 flights this afternoon so I should be kept going.

Bummer about the gal lying and quiting - but maybe good riddance.

Hi ladies,

Wow, I didn't even know that I didn't check in yesterday, sorry.

On Wednesday I ended up taking a rest day, so yesterday I did PUB. Today will be PLB.

Lori - Which workout did you end up doing?

Cheryl - A one hour run sounds like a good workout.

Ive been at the hospital with my sister since about 12:30 early this morning, she had her baby around 5:30 this morning:7 LOL,i held her for over an hour and a half,my DM had to take from me:+

She weighed 8.2oz and was 19inches long:eek:

And its a happy ending she is now engaged to her boyfriend(baby's daddy)so im just so happy:)

Needless to say, no workout and my eating has been terrible today,oh well...i plan a nice sweat fest tommorrow with LB and Cardio and some abb work! Ok,everybody have a wonderful night and i will bb soon!

Wow, I can't believe that it's been a couple days since I checked in. I have to get into the swing of things and check in everyday (it's been a while!)

Anyway, today was LB weights and I couldn't decide what to do until I sat and meditated in front of my Cathe collection....(actually was wishing I had STS already;-) ). Anyway, Legs/Glutes jumped out at me and into the DVD player. Holy Moly!!! I took several breaks and my workout turned from 51 min to just over an hour (I wanted to bring the HR down to 120-130s between sets so I could give my "all"). Yesterday was cardio, and ended up being Cardio Fusion. I was actually rather proud of myself because I have never been able to finish that workout and still stand! Anyway, I actually was able to get all the way through to DM drill #5 before I had to stop....I also ran out of time, though, too.

Wednesday, I ended up doing Push/Pull UB twice.

Thursday mornings I attend a Weight Loss support group meeting and this week when I weighed in, I actually had gained 4 lbs from last week (darn that sushi the night beforex( ), but when my coach measured me, I have actually lost almost 4 inches from my measurements! I can live with that.

Tonight, I discussed with DH my hope and goal to lose #20 before the Road Trip and asking for his help with keeping junk food out of the house. That's totally my downfall is junk food! Anyway, I took the White Choc. Macadamia Nut cookies and the bag of SunChips from the pantry in to work tonight to get rid of them!!!
