Good Morning!:)

How is everyone? Does anyone have any plans for the day?
Not much happening here but I am not staying in the house all day. DS loves to get out as well so i will take him out shortly and who knows, after lunch it may be nice enough to go for a little stroll.
Todays workout was suppose to be legs and cardio but my legs are a little sore from yesterdays workout. I may save the leg work for tomorrow.
We also have a banquet to go to tonight. I don't really want to go b/c our businees partners can't go which means I don't have a female companion! I tried to get out of it but DH says, "you have dragged me to so many weddings, that its pay back time"! Ick!

Good Morning Ladies!

I have had a crazy couple of days so I apologize for not checking in. I was able to do the elliptical the other day w/o aggravating my knee...so I am very excited about that. My knee has been bugging me less the past couple of days...so that's good. I think I may try going for a light jog today and/or some elliptical. Or I might do the cardio tomorrow and do some upper body today...haven't decided yet.

Carrie--i'm glad you're back! we missed you!

Lori--Hope you have a good time at the banquet tonight.

Cheryl--congrats on the 1 year anniversary!!!

Belinda--Hope you are having a blast in Italy.

Amelia--awesome workout yesterday!

Stacey--glad to hear you are recovering from surgery nicely. You'll be back to weights before too long!

Checking back in...I did a light jog mixed with some walking on the TM today. I only did 3 miles...but I didn't want to overdo it. I'm icing my knee now...even though it didn't hurt at all during my workout, but I figure better safe than sorry. I can't wait to see how it feels tomorrow..hopefully NOT sore! It felt so good doing cardio again!
 
Yayy, Sara - 3 mile run sounds nice - and glad you were able to make it.

Lori, I've missed checking in the past 2 days - was big in the middle of the year-end celebration with my company. It was great! I ate too much. Back on the diet today, LOL!

An hour and a half run this morning. It was fun. High time I got back into this.

I ordered a squat rack online from www.ironcompany.com. THe Valor squat/bench combo for $319, free shipping (but has to be assembled).
Gotta be ready for STS!!

I knew i posted this morning but i couldn't find it here,LOL? Then i figured out it was because i started the thread along with Lori...This is a copy and past with some added personals in from this morning:)

Sara-Great workout!Great news about your knee,i hope its not sore tommorrow either!

Cheryl-:eek: on your hour and a half run this morning,fantastic! I wish i had the energy for that! And YAY on your squat rack,it looks great and fun too well ya know the }( kind of fun;-)

Stacey- I know your surgery is still a couple of weeks away but my prayers,thoughts and hugs are with you on your surgery day! My school is over(yay)and as of right now im taking a break. I will start sending out my resume next week...

Lorie-Great workout yesterday! What a rude awakening at work the other day,yikes! Sorry to hear it was your worst flight ever . Im doing a little better with my stress, i think i need to start working. It will be good for me to get away for a while

So todays workout is a interval on the TM for 60mins I may powerwalk for 30,then do a run interval for thirty.

Today is my cheat day,so being that my eating kinda withered out towards the end of the week it will only be a cheat meal,and even then i will have to watch it! I don't want to gain any of the weight back that i lost on my challenge .

TToTM is around the corner,the scale is hovering at a four lb gain!

And ETA, I did a hour long TM cardio...30 mins was run intervals,which felt great! then 30mins of powerwalking with inclines! Oh and I did PUB abbs:+,i was proud that i was able to do three pikes,well kinda pikes....my butt wasn't completly over my head:p
