I still have some wicked DOMS from the M2 disc from wednesday morning, but I think it is finally starting to get better. So on to the next body part. I did back tonight (d22) and went heavy on lat pulldowns and 1 arm row. Let's see what I get from that

Also did SM for some cardio.
Really looking forward to the long weekend. I hope you all are as well and get to spend some nice time with your families. I know I will.
