Good morning ladies,

Oh boy, my legs are still sore:D Today I will do PS legs:eek: I so tired, I didn't sleep well last night.

I will be back to report my workout and personals!

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. I was super busy and didn't even get a chance to checkin with my cyber friends:(:)

I did manage to get GS chest and Tri's in and a 3 mile run. I also wanted to do 4DSKB but I can't find the remote to the dvd player in my workout room and the dvd player in the family room decided to call it quits!:mad:

Belinda** You must have had a good workout in order to have sore legs! My chest is sore as well. I actually have problems with my lunges expanding from a tough workout and for some reason, I can feel it in my chest now. Its a good thing the last time it happened my Dr gave me a big bottle of pills:eek:

Todays workout is a run and abs. I am up early before work to get it in!

Good morning ladies,

Well, I ended up taking a rest day yesterday, just couldn't get into it and my cold didn't help. I feel a lot better today, so I will be doing PUB and abs and maybe, haha, if I get really ambitious a 30 min run on the treadmill. :D

Hi, everyone! Warp Speed 3 for me today plus Butts & Guts bonus stab. ball abs. I kicked it hard. It included 3 2 minute speed intervals, which I did on the treadmill. I officially have my game face back on.

Kristine, love that PUB. Worth waiting for. Hope you feel better today.

Lori, great workout you had yesterday, even on a very busy day. Wow! I'm always impressed...

Belinda, nice choice of PS legs. Hope you're not to sore to do it.

Hi Everyone,

Last night I went to bed thinking that I would do a pilates and stretch wo today, but woke up at 1:30 AM and didn't go back to sleep until after 5!! So, today turned out to be a rest day intead :confused::mad:

Belinda - You're doing PS Legs with sore legs??? You GO GIRL!! There must have been something in the air last night...I couldn't sleep either. I'm sending you <<good sleep vibes>> for tonight :D

Lori - Great wo yesterday! Enjoy your run and abs today :)

I am finally done with my WO, I did PS legs and abs! My legs are sooooooooooo sore! Hope I can run tomorrow:p

Trish** I do like to use the gym for TM or elliptical machines, the military gym is free! They also offer free aerobics, spinning classes! Great job on Step Blast yesterday! That is a fun one.

Iris** how is your Bootcamp rotation go? That is a tough one! How is your throat today? Hope you feel better. I'm sending you <<good sleeping vibes>> for tonight too. I do need a good night sleep. My legs never felt that sore, lol! Hope I can run tomorrow?

Cheryl** your diet does seem pretty strict.Good luck with it. Great workout yesterday and today.My legs are so sore. Lol!

Hello Ladies!!

Just came to check in right quick while at work. My pc died so I waiting opn ly new laptop to arrive. I planned on getting a laptop soon, but I still like my pc stationary in my home office. I may still get a new pc for my office in the next couple of months. It is all so pricey!! I am doing well. I am trying to keep the winter "funk" off me, not with much sucess. It is dark when I get up and dark when I get home and we won't even mention COLD!! This week I have been mostly doing cardio walking 3 miles Saturday, Sunday rest, Monday skipped- had that presentation in another city, Tuesday Cardio Crazy (step)- still learning that one, and today I walked 2 miles b/f work on the TM. I want to do some more cardio this pm but I have to go pick up my old pc fromt the Geek Squad and buy an external hard drive so my IT friend can save the info on my old hard drive and drop all this at his house. Whew!!!

Anywho, sounds like you are all doing well and getting in great workouts. I miss you all. Sorry to hear you did not sleep well Belinda and sorry to hear you were not feeling well Kristine. Good w/o Lori and Cheryl and I miss you Amelia, Cookie and Iris. I think I got everyone. If not I am so sorry. Gotta get back to actually working soon. Have a great day!!
 
Hey Belinda - your poor legs...hope you get a good night's sleep tonight. I'm heading off to bed in about 5 mins myself.

Kim - good to see you...try not to let the winter funk get you down...we have a long road ahead of us:eek:. Sounds like you have a lot going on with your PC. Hope it's all straightened out for you soon.
I have GS Shoulders, Back and Biceps on tap for tomorrow so I better get my zzzz's

Hey Cookie - I saw your post on Tuesday's thread...sounds like you need some zzzz's too:D I'm hoping to start Bootcamp in about two weeks...even I can't believe I am going for it. If I survive I will definitely be dressing up as Wonderwoman:cool::eek:.
