'Evening Ladies!
Wow, all of a sudden it got so cold and damp. Just a week ago I was wearing sandals, and now I want fleece and warm, cozy clothes.
Belinda, while my daughter is much younger, I can see where she may be a wonderful friend to me when she's your daughter's age. Isn't it wonderful having a daughter? Not that I don't love my sons, but they certainly have given us plenty of grey hair and aggravation. Glad you're feeling better and nice job on Low Max.
Kristine, wow, I wouldn't even know how to start the thread, so I'm impressed. Guess Belinda has that time zone advantage thing going. So the baby is into everything, huh? Wow, that's tough. If I don't work out in the am, I find it very hard to get it in, so the time you got up is my usual workout time. Not this morning, though. I woke up, but used the time to finish up materials for a presentation. Oh, I just wanted to add that I think working your abs in between pregnancies is a very wise thing to do.
Lori, how are the quads doing? Are they talking to you, as Cathe would say? I need to get on track with eating, today was a horrendous gluttony feast. Yep, at least 7,000 calories I'm sure. So, have you found a marathon yet?
Amelia, where are you? Is everything okay? Hope things are well.
Trish, how are you feeling now? Do you find that working out affects how you feel and react to things? Still walking to work?
Cheryl, glad to hear from you. Always love it when you can pop by.
Well, I decided to take today as a rest day to finish up getting ready for an 8:00 am presentation. Then there was a potluck at lunch and there just waiting for me was a plateful of these Italian cookies which I love. Of course, I could not neglect the most delectable sausage and peppers simmer away in a crockpot. However, I should have stopped at one plateful...
My new highstep was not delivered today, guess it was misdirected in some warehouse. Isn't it funny that I've waited to get it and now am like why is it not here now, when I wasn't that way until I did order it.
Oh well, off to prepare for another 8 am meeting. Meetings should never begin before 10 and always end, regardless of start time by 2. Of course, I'm not advocating four hour meetings.
Sleep well,
Cookie
