Hi girls,

I am done with my LB workout!:D I will go for my second dog walk soon! This afternoon we will go shopping to Regensburg! I think that counts for cardio:D LOL! Off to get ready!

Good morning ladies!!

Just running by right quick. Just finished the complete workout for Powerstrike 1. I love it!! Boy could I really feel my chest & back after doing S&H yesterday. :> I will tell ya more about it when I get to work. Gotta hit the shower now!

Belinda... shopping is always hard and rewarding work, so of course you can call it a workout!! LOL!!!
 
Good Morning!

Lets see how far I get with this! I have a baby sitting on the computer desk picking at everything! This may be short and sweet!

Yesterdays run was about 70 mins long. I stopped along the way and had a chat with my old running partner who was out for her run as well. I thought about asking her to come along with me but I wasn't sure if I could talk, run and push a stroller. I think yesterdays run will be my last long run. The rest will be shorter with some weight work and Sat will be a complete rest day.

I will bbl with personals. He is now standing on the computer desk!

Good morning ladies,

I try to get myself motivated to do my workout now. I am really tired and not used to workout this early but I got an hair appointment later and don't want to mess up my new haircut with a workout :p. So I will try to do a KPC premix.

Belinda - Yes, shopping definitely counts as a workout, hehe. Have fun!

Kim - Great job on your workout!!! What time do you workout in the mornings?

Lori - Oh, that's too funny, go take care of your little guy. How is he doing? Getting into everything? Heidi sure does :(, :p.

Lori that is hilarious, about the baby sitting on the desk then standing on the desk. LOL!!! He is up and about. Won't he be one soon or just turned one?

Kristine- I get up at 5 am and am usually in the basement starting my workout by 5:20 am. It is hard. Lately w/the days being shorter, I am in bed by 9:30 and sleep by 10pm. :(

About Powerstrike 1 for all who are interested. First my upper body and hamstrings really feel it, but that probably is b/c of S&H. Good warm up, like I said b/f nice easy to follow combos. Do all combos w/left stance then go to right stance, then cool down. I really liked that there were several balance exercises in the end of the workout and cool down. Regarding the instructor, I like Patricia a little more the Ilaria. I wonder why went separate ways??? Anyway, I went back to actually do the complete workout b/f I did #2 and #4. I will keep you all updated on how I like those also. Ohhh, there was some defensive moves, blocks- not as many as Body Combat or Group Kick, but they have very aggressive muay thai moves that I LOVE <3 !!!!

Where is everyone today... I hear the crickets... chirp, chirp...

Not sure if you are seeing these when I post at night, but it has been so hectic, I haven't had time to post earlier in the day.
Glad everyone is doing good and having good workouts.
Kristine, what time are you working out? It took me a while to get in the groove, but now I just wake up at about the same time all the time. However, for me that means I'm exercised by 4:10! The good thing is I can easily check my form by looking in the windows, since it is so dark out at that time.

Belinda, have fun shopping. We can use the economic support.

Lori, nice job on the run. You've got your hands full. Perhaps your son will be a mountain climbing.

Kim, the workouts sound interesting. Glad you're enjoying them. I'm surprised that I enjoy kickboxing so much, but it is my favorite cardio.

Sorry to miss Amelia and Cheryl. Hope al is well.

Did IMAX 2 Blast Mania this morning. Love the title. It seemed to go by real fast.
