Hello!
Still hanging in here, just modifiying my workouts to light cardio until I have the surgery on April 18th and then go through the 4 week recovery. I have been getting on my elliptical the past two nights for intervals, and once the weather gets nicer I'll get out for some long walks. My plan is to do cardio 6 days a week. I figure if I can at least maintain my cardio I can keep my weight steady and not lose too much endurance. I'll have a lot of catching up to do with weight work and abs after the recovery though.

Lori, sorry about being housebound! That was me yesterday, we had several inches of rain and it was cold outside. Hope you get your long run in today.
