Hey girls,

I am done with my UB workout!:p;) I hope I will get my cardio in for today:eek::eek:

Yesterday I picked up some DVD's from the Army library. One is Karen Voight "Get strong and lean & limber" circuit training workout! The other one is The Biggest Loser workout 2, not sure what this one is about:eek: The last one is The Firm Complete Aerobics & Weight Training:eek: And of course I had to pick up the Food network DVD with Paula Deen "Memorable Treats" I miss Food Network TV!

Of to the shower! I will be back!

Good Morning Gals!:)

I had to get up @ 7:30 to make a sandwich for DD and never went back to bed. Now, everyone else is sleeping and I am up sipping my coffee. Its kind of nice actually to have this time to myself:)

Yesterdays workout was 4DSUB work and some ab work. I tried running on the TM but my legs weren't having it so today I am headed out for a nice long run. I can't wait!:) Mark it down....Three...count it....THREE rest days for me! I don't think I have done that since I was pregnant and I probably won't do it again until I am pregnant or run that same race, which ever comes first.;)My legs feel good today but I have DOMS in my chest from yesterdays workout, I don't mind that though.

I changed my avatar to a new race picture. This picture was taken at the end of the race, in the last mile. I said I was never doing it again but now that its over, its kind of like childbirth:eek: Im starting to forget the pain and am thinking about doing it again next year with better timing.:)

So I am going for a run in the a.m and when DS takes a afternoon nap, Im going to do some much needed house work! Blah!

Hey girls....boy that was a close one, everytime I tried to log in here a kept getting " website under construction" announcements? thats was a heart dropping,dramatic moment:eek::p:rolleyes: not sure what that was all about!

anyhoot todays workout is going to be a doosey...imax2 intervals 1-5 then MM timesavor premix.....can't wait to hear that music on imax2:eek::pso fun! im also going to preview some workouts that I recieved in the mail a couple of weeks ago. One is called "Shape:Volumn one,firm,strengthen and tighten. And the other is called "bikini bottom"! I also need to go over to my MIL's and pick up a bit. she's just not able to clean her house anymore and she offered to pay me if I would straigten up for her,of course I told her that she didn't need to pay me...but she stuck some money in my hand last time I was over there and demand that I take it...LOL,can't argue with that:p;):D

Lori-I too meant to go back to bed after getting my DD on the school bus but I decided to stay up and get some bills done and start on the mountian of laundry. Im totally shocked at your three days of rest days:eek::eek::eek::p you deserved it after that fabulous race. Good for you! Enjoy your run later. Hey,did you watch biggest loser last night?

Belinda-Good job on your workout...I've heard alot of good things about those biggest loser workouts,let me know how you like it! I back on MFP as of tuesday of this week...monday wasn't a bad day,just went over a bit in cals....the scale is holding steady so im proud of the fact that my out of control eating for the past three weeks hasn't hurt me to bad. Im up two lbs and thats it! :D

Ameila** Was the biggest loser on last night? And Tuesday night? I watched it tuesday night but the phone kept interupting....not cool!;) Have fun with your workout today!

Im back from my run. Its a chilly morning out there:confused: to be expected I suppose! Now I need a nice hot shower....but what to do with my baby in the meantime? LOL

LOL,lori....nevermind,yesterday was wednesday wasn't it:confused: I dvr'd it and watched it last night:rolleyes: Eversince my DH started his new job and me working on his days off...my days are ALL screwed up:confused: Great run today!

alright,workout is DONE!:eek::cool: Imax2 1-5 and MM timesavor! I burned 865 calories:D(an estimate ofcourse)....i did everything except for the abbs on mm! Now im starving,so I will drink a protien shake and eat some lunch hopeing that the protien shake will stop the after-weight-work-munchies;) it usually does for me!

Im going to strangle my DH,he has bought halloween candy:mad:

Hey Ladies!! I have been MIA b/c my computer at home is not working (at Best Buy w/the Geek Squad as we "speak"). Hopefully, I will have it back by Sunday (fingers crossed) and hopefully the cost will not be too painful. :rolleyes:

Belinda, let us know what you think of those videos - they sound interesting. I've heard a lot of good things about TBL tv show. Doesn't it give you need motivation to work out?

Lori, you must be sick. Fever? Delirious? Or is this an imposter? Where is the real Lori? (I'm really thrilled you finally took a rest day or two or three. You really deserve and need it.) Did your son take a nap?

Amelia, you'll have to let us know what you think of yours also. You're a really good daughter-in-law. I swear my MIL used to have a hobby of scrubbing. She would brag about how clean she get pans! Yeah, she must really roll her eyes about how I do (or not) them. I've been bad this week also. Thanks for reminding me about MFP; I need to get back on that.

Kim, I'm with you on having big projects and presentations! I'm so swamped right now. Actually I feel more like I've been hit by a tidal wave or something. Just totally innundated. No new kb workouts for me, but my new high step finally arrived. So HSTA watch out tomorrow! I ordered the slanted risers also, but they're backordered. I can wait on that, since I dread having using them for UB.
