Good morning girls,

I am getting us started! Today I will do S&H Shoulders only/PH Shoulders only, abs from Kick, Punch & Crunch.

I will be back to report my workout!

Good Morning:)

One night shift down and one to go:) I don't have any flights either night and that makes my life and job a whole lot easier:)
I have a run planned for today, its a beautiful day out, so we will do it outside.
I also have to go meet with my neighbour about that job offer after lunch. Im not sure how I am gonna swing all of this. I don't think I even have time to have a nap, have a coffee,then run and eat lunch. Thats pushing it, that means I would have to get up around 9:30 from my nap:eek: ....but if I got up at 10...then picked up DS and then a coffee...nope...thats still pushing it:+ I want to get the full 9 miles in so I need a free 90 mins somewhere in my day.

Cookie** I don't know, I think one of these days we will be wearing high waisted pants as well:+ AND we will think we are in style:)

Good Morning!!!

My, aren't we all up and at'em early!!! Today is my strange day....I try to get up super early (even though I'm so NOT a morning person) and get stuff done, that way, I can nap in the afternoon, get up, workout and head off to my WLC meeting. I have found in the past (when I was attending my WW meetings) that this is helpful on a couple of fronts......1)I sleep in the afternoon before I weigh in and it keeps me from eating!!!, 2)I stay up late on Thursday nights and don't go to bed until about 0300 on Friday morning, and sleep through until I get up to go to work on Friday nights....the nap helps, bigtime!!! Also, since Thursdays have habitually been my 'free' day, this keeps the 'free-ness' to a minimum!

Yesterday was PUB and I was able to match Cathe on all the weights except I had to go a tad bit heavier on the back section. I am feeling a nice 'sensation' in the entire upper body this morning:7

Today is cardio and I haven't decided if I want to have a date with Coach Sean or not this afternoon......hmmmmm, decisions, decisions, decisions!!!

Off to peruse the board for the rest of yesterday's happenings!

Today is a doggie walk in the morning(30 min) then a 30min powerwalk and wieght work in the afternoon! im not sure what yet,would love to just do a full body,but it will probably just be LB or UB!


Amy-let us know how your WLC meeting goes! high fives on the doms from PUB yesterday! I may do that one today?

Lori-sounds like you have a very busy day! I soooo don't look forward to days like that! I hope its painless enough!~ Let us know how your meeting goes!

Hey Girls!

I am up again and its just 10 o'clock! I am sipping my coffee, then i am going to pick DS up and then its run time:) I am excited about the meeting I have this afternoon, therefore,I can't sleep! Geez..wouldn't know if he was gonna offer me $80 G's a yr or something! Puh-lease!

Amy** Sounds like you have it alll figured out:) I use to love napping in the afternoons before I had DS and when it was winter, I can't nap that great in the summer time, seems like a waste of a day. But I don't get to nap anymore;( Poor me:) Good luck with your weigh in tonight!

Ameila** Hope you enjoy your workout today! When do you weigh in again?

I weighed today and I am down some more:) 122.8 today. I was 126.4 on Mon so I am doing something right. I expect to see the scale slow down down, only 2.8 till goal:)

Wow, Lori, it's so encouraging for me to see you so close to goal! Yep, you're clearly doing something right. I hope to join you there at last sometime soon. I hope the job talks go well.

Belinda, awesome workout choice!

Amy, sounds like a great plan. Love that PUB. I go heavier on those back pullovers too. Those are probably my very favorite on that DVD. I love the way it opens up the lats and the chest.

Amelia, Cookie, Kristine - I hope you're headed for a great day!

I just finished a 45 min run with partner. Now I'm headed in to do my 4 TM speed intervals and to finish up with a few abs. Then off to work. Last work day before NY, so it's a big day - but then off for the 3 day weekend to NY with family before my press tour starts Monday a.m. I promise to stay on program with WSWL during the trip!! :)

Can't let Lori hit goal unless I'm hanging in there with her :D ;-)
And I did promise to show Amy some decent abs by July :+

Come'on Cheryl...Im given ya a run for your money! Ive just reverted back to my old ways. Eating when I am hungry,instead of eating all the time;) Seems to work! Good job with your workout today!

I finished 9 miles outside, it was o.k but I have had better days. I got to work on my tan though which is always a plus:)

Hey girls! Just popping in to report my workout! I walked my doggie this morning for 30mins(LOL,thats a workout..right?;-)) in the afternoon I did PLB standing and a 30minute powerwalk!

lorie-how was the meeting? Yay on the scale! No change for me...it keeps going up and down? i started a 192. yesterday it was 188.2 and this morning it was 191.8 so go figure? Im really focused on my measuring on the 7th,hope to see some results there! My eating has been good this week!

Hey, gang....just up from a nice 4 hr snooze!!!:7 :7 :7 :7

DH surprised me with a pedicure this morning! Yay! The girl even put a super cute, stylized design on my big toe.

Cheryl- I think that this girl may be able to do a better rendition of a dumbbell then last year!:7 ;-) Great job on the workout, enjoy NY!!!

Just getting psyched up for a cardio-party!.....
 
Hey Girls!

Thought I would let you know how the meeting went. My mind is in overdrive b/c I don't know what to do.
He offered me 1.50 more with a raise every yr, medical (which I already have) dental,(which I don't) 30 hours a week but get paid for 40. Go oncall in the night time and I get paid 3 hours for call outs. I don't work night shifts, but I am oncall, and I work day shifts (5 one week, 2 the next)The big picture, it makes DH's life easier b/c he won't have to pick DS up from the sitters and I get more money.
I called my boss to tell him that I had a job offer b/c I wanted to get that out there. He ends up calling me back, telling me that he doesn't want me to leave,he wants to know what I want and that he will consider whatever I ask. He is willing to give me $1.00 raise forsure but I haven't asked for anything else.
The thing is, I do like where I work..what about if I hate the new place? Then what? Also, the fact that he called me and asked me to stay is HUGE! He doesn't like being backed in a corner and feeling like he as lost control. But lets face it, I am the girl who works the OT shifts and I am the only full time girl here...no wonder he called me.
What to do...what to do???
