Good morning ladies,

Sorry, haven't checked-in in a couple of days, I guess I am to busy enjoying my time with my parents ;-) .

Yesterday and the day before I went jogging outside and I am not sure yet what today's workout will be. I was thinking Core Synergistics, but I might go jogging again, we'll see.

Ok, I will be back later to report my workout and with personals.

Kristine-great job with your running. I think running is the hardest workout that ive ever tried to do so far...takes alot of motivation and effert for me and focus too! Have a good day with your parents!:) Did you get my scrabulous offer...im not sure if i sent it right or not?LOL

Sara-Wow your MBA,how proud you must be:).Your right,its a perfect time to go back to school and before you have childeren is a wise decision.:)+) Im cheering you on girl,go for it:) I would love to go back to school for a degree in business but dang...i think i would die. Maybe after my youngest starts school? Thats only two years away...

I think tonight I will try to do some of Core Synergistics as well. I fell asleep at 9pm last night so I'm feeling quite rested!! I just took Maverick out for his morning walk and my knee is finally starting to feel "stronger" again. I think by the weekend, I might be read to add in some low impact cardio...although I'll probably hold off on any type of step (low imapact or not) for a bit longer.

Sara - Good to hear that your knee is finally feeling better. Core Synergistics is a tough one, have fun, I might do it today as well.
 
Good Morning!

Last night wasn't to to bad. DS woke around 11ish and DH stayed up with him and I went to bed. Then he woke again around 4:30 but I rocked him back to sleep. He is smothered in the flu and I can hear it on his chest, I think a trip to the Dr may be in my futurex( It also feels like I am getting it as well. My troat is sore and my nose is running. Im not sure where this came from. DH had a touch of the flu last week but nothing like this. He may have picked it up at the sitters, although, he was only there Tues morning!

Im not sure what todays workout will be. I thought I was going to be ready to start heavy training next week but I am getting the hitch to do a 4 week rotation working 1 body part per day....hmm...I don't know what I am doingx( I wish I could stick to something!

Kristine** Glad to hear you are enjoying your time with your family. I bet they don't mind watching Heidi while you go for a run!:)

Sara** Yeah, you may want to let your knee totally heal up before you start pouncing around:) I will do enough cardio for the both of us...o.k?;)

Ameila** Hopefully you will enjoy step blast. I can't remember if its complicated or not. I don't think its to bad or I would have never did it as many times as I have. Ive barely touched the 4DS step workouts cause there to complicated. I almost had them down pat and I haven't touched them in ages...Ill have to learn it all over again now!

Workout and lunch done:) I did GS and PUB shoulders,Kari Andersons abs, a 4 mile run and 4DSBC. Now I am just hang'in with my boy. I kind of wanted to get to the grocery store to get some veggies for a salad but I don't think we will be going anywhere today;(

Hey girls,just popping in to report my workout! I managed about 35minutes of Stepblast,right before she goes into combo #3 i stopped and repeated combo #1 and part of combo#2. Then I hopped on the TM for a 15 min powerwalk!

WOW, everyone did such great workouts. I did PUB very early this morning - now that I can do weights in the morning, hurray!
Would love to get a cardio in tonight also. We'll see.
