A little bit about me, then...
I'm 27 (will be 28 this summer), former military, and married for 5 years (no kids, but two dogs and two cats!). I was in very good shape (160lbs at 5' 9" and a size 8-10) and a die hard gym rat until about the 2nd-3rd year of my marriage. Due to inactivity (we now have a 140-mile roundtrip commute to work) and bad eating habits that I adopted from DH (he's a rail who eats junk and doesn't gain ANYTHING!) I ended up at a whopping 235lbs this January (even though I've been working out to Cathe on and off for about two years).
So... I'm tired of being fat, unattractive, and unhealthy, so I joined Weight Watchers 8.5 weeks ago, and I've become much more regular with my workouts (currently doing a rotation of 5x per week of cardio/weight intervals). Due to these changes, I've lost 19lbs so far! My ultimate goal is to get down to 170 (a loss of 65lbs), which would be a comfortable weight for me, and see how I feel after that.
So, that's me in a nutshell.
My workouts this week have been:
Monday - Boot Camp
Tuesday - Cardio Coach Volume 5 on the treadmill
Wednesday - Cardio & Weights
Thursday - Off
Friday - Low Max
Saturday - Step, Jump, and Pump
Sunday - Off
I'm not sure I'll be able to check in daily, but I look forward to checking in with you ladies at least a few times a week.
