Belinda, I also did UB today. Did CTX UB and then Leaner Legs, so now I'm not doing much. Need to get moving to do errands, but am not motivated. 20# is a lot for shoulder work. Wow, I'm impressed. You must really be getting ripped.
Amelia, enjoy your cardio today. What LB work did you do last week? I did not sleep well again last night. My husband's snoring was horrendous. Think I will sleep well tonight tho from the weight work. Hope so! How's it going with the little dog?
Well, got in a lot of weight work this morning. May take two of the dogs for a 3 mile walk this afternoon if I have time after running a lot of errands. Otherwise, tomorrow is cardio day.

For some reason, when I click on the premium membership icon on this site, I can go to the page, but nothing happens when I click on Purchase. Think my husband must have done something to make that happen! You all have me motivated to keep track of my eating. Do you ladies like that site?
