Iris: I'll PM you. I use a Jade yoga mat. Nothing else will do for me. I sweat in most classes. It all depends on the kind of yoga and on the teacher too and of course I like more vigorous types of yoga (now there's a surprise!). You're asking me about poses and all I keep thinking of is bird of paradise. LOL. Not the easiest one, but I know the Sunday teacher does use it frequently. Otherwise, I can think of other yoga classes. But seriously, now come on: what happened with "that friend"? Are you going to leave us all hanging like that?
Lori: Nice circuit workout..... AGAIN! That's awesome. You are daring using the TM next to DS especially with all you told us about DS!

Hi to anybody else I missed. Are we due for a Trish chek-in?
Didn't do STS after all last night but did do it this morning. I will have to finish the triceps though. Man do I love Meso 2 .... Hurt so good. But the cal burn..... sigh..... 112 for 45 minutes and I am already sore and couldn't have pushed out any more than I did. Tonight I will do 4DS LIS cardio and finish those triceps. It shouldn't take me anytime so I should manage to motivate myself for it. And now that I told all of you guys, I can't lose face two night in a row.
And as usual......back to work......
