Cheryl-do you mind giving me an example of what you eat in a normal day? also,what kind of protien shake are you drinking?

This week im switching up my free/rest day to sunday. Thats also the day that I will WI-measure for the month of feb and measure my Body fat %!

I don't know what was wrong with me yesterday...I was SO ill/sad! It just seemed like it took so much effert for me to smile? you girls ever get like that,i just wanted to be left alone,of course that didn't happen. Im usually the oppisite! Guess it was a hormonal day for me??

Belinda-yeah,i did just do gs legs on friday but i haven't done that floor work yet...almost like a challenge for me to get through the whole thing! I think I will do B&G's-maybe i will get some nice doms tommorrow}( . And OMG,25lb chest flies...wow! I think the heaviest for me so far is 15,and thats not alot of reps either...GO BELINDA GO!
 
Good Morning!

What a rough night last night! Ugh! I just doozed off and DS woke up. I was sooo tired! I got up with him for a little while, then DH took his turn, then I got up again. Then he let me sleep for 20 mins...then I got up with him again. It got to the point where there was nothing i could do for him and I wasn't letting him up to play at 1 in the morning, so I put him in his crib and shut the door. Im a terrible mother aren't I? LOL It was getting to the point that I was sooo mad and I was afraid I was gonna hurt him! hehe Everyone here is a mother so you know what I am talking about. I said to DH he needs to know that he isn't getting up so if we leave him a lone he will just cry himself to sleep. With in 3 mins he was asleep! He must be getting more teeth b/c he is soooo crabby! He was up again before 7 but Dh got up with him and I slept till 8. Needless to say my coffee is super strong today! He is also playing with the mouse right now so I can't put any smily faces in! haha

Ameila** The other day you asked if the reason you didn't lose any weight was b/c you didn't do your HITT, I highly doubt that. If you had missed all of your runs that I would think it might be possible but it was only one run. Ive had days where I feel like crying for no reason so you are not alone. You go around all day like you just lost your bestfriend. I think its just all part of being a women!

Belinda** Good job with your workout! Im not sure what I am doing today!

So...I am suppose to do UB but my bic's are still sore from Sats workout. Maybe I will do a circuit workout using DM and the TM? That would be a good workout.Then I will do GS UB tomorrow:) Got my mouse back:) :) :) :)

Lorie-I can totally relate to sometimes letting the kids cry themself to sleep! Sometimes thats all a mother can do! Thanks for replying to my HIIT question! Ugghh,sometimes i wish....no nevermind,i don't want to be a man,he he ....WE(as in Women) have all the power,lol!(i just 'let' my DH think he does;-))

I wonder if Kashi is BFL friendly? Im eaing it with a cup of skim milk so that brings the protein up to 19grams ...the only thing i don't like is the carbs in it and the sugar x(!

Belinda- 25lbs in each hand? I am impressed, you have a very strong chest :)

Amelia- are you kidding? I have days like that everyday! I freak out at my DH all the time over nothing. Don't worry about it. Have you thought about lowering the overall carbs in your diet? Not trying to push the SB again, but how many carbs does BFL allow?


Lori-yucky night. I totally understand what you mean. I love my DS, but he can really get on my nerves at times. So needy. But I guess when you can't do crap for yourself, I would be needy too.

hey girls,just popping in to report my workout!

did b&g's -did everthing but the forward&side thrusting hammer punch lounges(hate them,to much like kickbox) I also didn't do the last ankle weight workout,ya know the one were your on all fours...im just exhausted by the time i get to those! All in all an hour long workout! :7 tough stuff,i also went up on the squats to 50pds-usually do 45!

Just wanted to come back and report my workout. I haven't eaten anything yet today b/c DS took a morning nap and I got right to working out. Its been along time since I have done a morning workout while he is home. Im happy b/c now we have the rest of the day to do other things. I find when I workout in the afternoon, thats it...I have no more time to do anything else. By the time I get showered and everything, its time to make dinner.

I really challenged myself with my run today so I just HAD to share. I wonder how many cals I burned?

Hi, everyone!

Sooo many great workout choices. I really was thinking PUB this morning, but Boot Camp just jumped out of the box. Boy, have I missed that one. It was just right. Nice "shock your body" kind of a workout for today. Maybe PUB or B&G for tomorrow.

Carrie, nice job on UB!

Lori - wow on the TM. Great job. Glad DS finally got to sleep - those are hard times.

Amelia -

Right now a typical eating day for me is breakfast protein shake with 8 oz pasteurized egg whites (www.eggwhitesinternational.com) plus 2 scoops whey protein - any good brand - total, 220 calories plus I throw in a cup of fruit like blueberries and a few ice cubes. Yum! 40g protein and the egg whites make it really creamy when it's whipped up. I splurged and got one of those great Blendtec blenders online.

For lunch - a salad like cobb salad or applebees salad plus french onion soup or protein like tilapia or grilled chicken plus vegetables

Dinner is lighter - like no-carb noodles with tomato sauce and a little shrimp - and maybe a snack like Fage yogurt fat free with a little fruit nut mix stirred in. I'm figuring about 1500-1600 calories a day right now.

Love that Boot Camp. Did I mention that? :7 :7 :+

O.k back for a few personnals before we head out. Im just gonna waste a bit of time out around today and maybe to bed early tonight. DS has a slight temp though so there is something going on with him. Not sure if its teeth or the common cold. He hasn't cut any teeth in a while though so that could possibly be it. He is alot better now that he has had his nap!

Carrie** Your sooo funny! LOL I guess when you can't do anything for yourself you really have to get on someone elses case so they will do it for you. DH had a bad day with him yesterday! LOL He complained and complained about how on the go he is. He doesn't stop for one sec. He could tear my house apart in seconds.

Belinda** Lifting heavy makes us feel stronger,doesn't it? I love using heavy weights but Im not so certain about what it is doing to my body. I don't want to feel "thick" like I did before DS. I guess once I clean up my eating then we will see what happens.

Cheryl** I love BC as well. Such a great workout. So the new program is working for you? Thats good! The last few lbs are slow and steady but thats o.k ,right?

Ameila** Good job on the workout. I hate the lunges to! Can't stand them! And I also hate the side lunges that she does in DM. It hurts my knees or atleast thats what I tell myself:)

I will be back later. If not this afternoon, I will return tonight:)

Cheryl** BC is a tough workout! Nice job! I can tell you really like BC! LOL! Your meals look very good! Do you use raw egg whites in your shake?

Ladies, I use pasteurized egg whites. They're still in liquid form, but completely safe. The pastuerization temperature takes them up beyond the point of contamination.
