Sooo many great workout choices. I really was thinking PUB this morning, but Boot Camp just jumped out of the box. Boy, have I missed that one. It was just right. Nice "shock your body" kind of a workout for today. Maybe PUB or B&G for tomorrow.

Right now a typical eating day for me is breakfast protein shake with 8 oz pasteurized egg whites (
www.eggwhitesinternational.com) plus 2 scoops whey protein - any good brand - total, 220 calories plus I throw in a cup of fruit like blueberries and a few ice cubes. Yum! 40g protein and the egg whites make it really creamy when it's whipped up. I splurged and got one of those great Blendtec blenders online.
For lunch - a salad like cobb salad or applebees salad plus french onion soup or protein like tilapia or grilled chicken plus vegetables
Dinner is lighter - like no-carb noodles with tomato sauce and a little shrimp - and maybe a snack like Fage yogurt fat free with a little fruit nut mix stirred in. I'm figuring about 1500-1600 calories a day right now.
Love that Boot Camp. Did I mention that? :7 :7 :+
