Good morning girls,

I hope you had a nice weekend! The stores were open in Nuernberg (they only twice a year open!) so I went shopping with my older sister! We had a lot of fun! In the evening we went out for Greek food! My DH and I came home very late last night! I will catch up with personals today!

My workout for to today will be LB! I will be back! Off to my workout!

Good Morning Gals:)

Im up early to workout before work. I went in DS's room to check on him before I came downstairs, and he was sat up in his crib! LOL I fed him a bottle so hopefully he will go back to sleep.Can you imagine if I got up this early to workout and I couldn't?
Im thinking i will start my workout off with GS B,S&B, then maybe a small run and 4DSBC. But I may only be able to do 2 seg of UB b/c I don't think I will have time for all of that.

Belinda** Enjoy your workout!! I would be sleeping in if I were you...no kiddies to get up...no work....ahhhhhhhhh, i can hear the snoring now!:)

Cheryl** The program you are following sounds interesting. Are you hungry? How many cals do you get a day?

So,todays workout is PUB,im just about to get started so i can eat,LOL! Im making some protien pancakes today and some turkey cabbage meatloaf to cut in single servings and freeze...dh won't eat it so i get it all to myself}(

Belinda** I will "try" to enjoy my day at work! So far, its been slow going. I can't beleive its only 10:30!

So todays workout was a GS S&B,3 mile interval run and 4DSBC. My chest is kind of hurting and I have been trying to reach my doc but there isn't an anwer. HE could be on holidays but thats unlikely. I know I just need a prescription refill to solve this prob!

Belinda, love your new photo. Very fun. I'm going to do LB today too. Going to do it in the afternoon. Either GS Legs or B&G... this morning is treadmill.

Lori, I'm actually not hungry. I'm just so anxious to get these final pounds off. My only difficulty is being too "empty" in the morning to do the kind of high-powered interval workouts that I'd like to, and I can't right now.

As written it's just 500 calories. I'm upping to about 700-750 to accommodate enough protein for my weight workouts this time around. But with the supplement that goes with it that's not too low. Hard to explain, but it forces you to burn fat to make up the deficit like you would if you were pregnant and eating a low calorie diet - that's the one time in your life you don't go into famine mode, but your body reaches into all long-term fat stores and burns them freely to protect the pregnancy first. So it's taking advantage of that principle with a very, very low dose of pregnancy hormone (not enough to change TOM or any of that).

Off to the treadmill! More later!

I am back from my 2 hour doggy walk! The dogs are tired and so am I! LOL! I would take a nap, but I have German Sauerkraut cooking!

Hey girls just popping in to report my workout...PUB! Im glad its over:7

When I get the time...i will post some pics,maybe wednesday before class,hopefully my LAST class:7....its not gonna be today,both of my kids are sick and my DH is too x(-sore throats,coughs,mild fevers x(

Today will be one of those giving-medicine-running-around-the-house kinda days x(

Cheryl** Just 500 cals a day? Thats it? When you said 500 Cals between lunch and supper I thought it had to be spread out between the two and I was wondering WTH happened to breakfast? LOL You will reach your goals in no time, your so determined!

Hey Belinda** Just had GAF187 on its way to Montreal. HOw weird is that? You know some of these people, probably know your husband and I kinda know you...makes it a small world, don't ya think???

Saturday - Inhale (1 hr. Yoga)I needed that, I was so sore from 4DS Legs }(
Sunday - LIC (I love this workout)
Today - IMAX, so now I am ready to get in the shower ;) .

Hi, Kristine - Hi, Stacey - I look forward to hearing what the doctor says. Very hard to have to not workout, I know.

I made it through 50 min. of B&G tonight. Woo hoo! all the way to the kneeling "donkey kicks". I'll do the rest of that and abs tomorrow morning after my run. Loving this new version of the diet with more protein. Lots of energy for my workouts.

Amazing what a difference 20-40 grams of protein can make! }(
