Good Morning!
How is everyone? Yesterdays workout ended up being longer then planned. I did B&G, PUB and Imax 3 (8 intervals). Im not very sore yet but I think its comming! LOL
Today is just a run on the TM and I am going to do that shortly. I am up early to get it done before work.
Im assuming my boss will have a chat with me when he comes in today. I also heard that the other guy is hard to work for so I think I am happy with my descision. Of course, Im not going to let my boss know that I heard this stuff or that I have my mind made up!}(

Cookie** I love BM2 as well, one of my favs! I started doing it like every week and was getting tired of it. I put it in the other day,for the first time in a little while and had a blast! I love everything about it!
Oh, I also took today as my offical weigh in day. Last Mon morning I was 126.4, today I am 123 lbs. I am happy with that. I should be! I was a little lower on Sat but I may be retaining water from my weight workout.
I will BBL to report my workout. I am aiming for 5-6 miles.
