In the meantime, I have been taking care of some BFFM postings. It's turning into my version of Amelia's farmville. LOL

OK, I did the chest segment only form disc ... 21 I think. The one with the double wave load.

That was hard this morning. Tonight, I pulled out an old Taboe advanced tape. I had this memory that they were really hard. My HR barely shot up compared to the Cathe workouts

I am in much better shape now than 10 years ago. Especially with the Hiit type workouts. Now how cool is that

? It's still an easier workout on the Achilles though so that's good. It's better and I want to keep it that way.
