Evening girls,
Late check in for me. This may actually become a regular for me as my firm is cracking down on internet activity

Anyways, still not feeling too fabulous today so no wo to report. Fingers crossed that things will change tomorrow. My poor little Olivia is suffering, too. I will need to keep her out of school again tomorrow. One bit of good news I received today is that my shoulder is doing really well and next week will probably be my last PT visit

I will just have to pace myself and ease my way back up to the heavy weights. Push-ups aggravate it also, so the therapist suggested using perfect push-ups (or doing them on fists) since the position is better for the shoulder and the wrist (extra bonus!). I think I'll try the fists first
Belinda - Your day out with DH sounded like fun. Congrats again on the milestone!
Lori - DD just asked about snow this evening. I am not looking forward to it one bit!How did your TM circuit go? I've been thinking of doing the same thing with one of Cathe's DVDs to skip the step portion. Do you just make up your own routine or follow a DVD?
Iris - I'm SOOOO glad your mom is home!! I'm sure that puts your mind at ease. Hang in there with the workouts. It's not easy dealing with so much and trying to keep up with your normal routine. Oh, an e-reader is an electronic device that lets you download electronic versions of books, newspapers, etc. I became interested in them because one book in particular, Harry Potter #7, has been sitting on my nightstand for months and the only time I have to read is on the train, but the darn thing is just too heavy to drag back and forth every day. An e-reader would make it much easier to manage. The most popular one is the Kindle by Amazon.
Amelia - Count me in. I'll forward my address tomorrow.
Deb - Don't keep us in suspense. Did you get the extension? I think I will get the Kindle. Will let you know how I like it.
Cookie - I am still running to the gym during lunch on days that I don't have PT.
Have to run. DH wants to turn out the light. Helene, hope you had a good day.
Talk to you tomorrow.
