I hope everybody has a chance to check in today This thread is starting to look rather sad:-(
Todays workout is GS b/s/b,some abb work,then a 30-45min powerwalk with inclines! The rotation that im doing only has two cardio's a week so im adding in three more just because a love cardio!
Hey to everybody,what workouts you guys got planned? How was everybodies weekend?
I was chilly here,around 54 during the day and in the 30s at nightx(! I wish SPRING would hurry up and get herex(x(
