I hope everybody has a chance to check in today:) This thread is starting to look rather sad:-(

Todays workout is GS b/s/b,some abb work,then a 30-45min powerwalk with inclines! The rotation that im doing only has two cardio's a week so im adding in three more just because a love cardio!:)

Hey to everybody,what workouts you guys got planned? How was everybodies weekend?

I was chilly here,around 54 during the day and in the 30s at nightx(! I wish SPRING would hurry up and get herex(x(

Good Morning!

I had a easy night at work again. My weekend night shifts weren't bad at all! I can handle them when I don't actually HAVE to work:+ Im not sure how long it will take me to write this. DS is up in my arms and I have one side of the computer screen tak'in up with BooBah and the other one I am typing in Catheland:)
Yesterdays workout ended up being a 3.5 mile run, then BC cardio + LB, then 5 mins runs. So In total I ran 7 miles and did BC cardio and LB weights. I also did ME abs. It was a good workout. Im leaning towards doing the samething today but with DM.

Ameila** I would definitly add more cardio in, especially since your primary goal is weightloss,right? Plus you have that nice little TM just sitting there...it HAS to be used! Nothing worse in my eyes then a TM not getting used!}( My friend as a beautiful TM at her house that doesn't get touched and I feel like taking it and saying "come to my house honey" Almost like an animal thats being neglected! hehe

Belinda** Is the time change still effecting you? Sounds like it.Hope you get your workout in and I hope you catch more zzz's!

Im on board with Ameila..what happened to our chat bunch and our new members? Maybe we will see Shannon again when her DH goes back to work, I wonder how they are doing with baby making?;)

Hi, everyone! Well, you gals are keeping me honest even if there aren't many of us here.

Back to 100% clean eating! My kids go back to Salt Lake City today while I finish the press tour.

45 minutes on hotel cardio machines this morning and a 100 cal protein shake I brought with me for breakfast. Off to a flying start. It's a good week!

Great workouts so far, everyone! Belinda, enjoy that bowflex. Bet you're sorry you have to deal with different equipment at different homes... very frustrating not to be completely settled, I'm sure.

Lori, Amelia - we will prevail! We'll all make it a wonderful day.

Hi ladies,

I am here to check in with you. Yeah, our group is getting so small, what happened??? Oh well, I will stick with this group until I am the last one to check in ;-) .

Not sure what workout I will do. The rotation calls for 45 min interval run, but my treadmill is still broke. I could run outside tonight with the dog or do KM which I skipped last week. Argh, I don't know yet but I am sure I will come up with something.

Belinda - I sure wish I had a bowflex.

Amelia - Hey, your clothes fit looser, that's all what counts. Before I got pregnant I wouldn't weigh myself hardly at all and just go by how my clothes would fit.

Lori - Great that you had a good day or should I say night at work.

Cheryl - Looks like you had a good workout. What kind of protein shakes do you use?

Cheryl-Glad to hear were are helping you stay honest...this thread helps me too. Although i needed you gals last night when my DH made him a slice of leftover cake and i just HAD to get me a pcx( oh well,today is a new day:)

Lori-LOL at you calling your friends TM to you! Im definalty going to add in some more cardio in the rotatin im doing! I think i will stick with cardio on the TM for a while and see if my legs lean out any? Hey,don't you have that book BFFM? Im thinking about buying it,what are your thoughts on it?

Kristine-Yes,lets all checkin everyday...i wonder where everdody went? Have you heard anything from the TM manufactorer(sp?) yet? Enjoy your wokrout,whatever you decide on:)

Cheryl** Glad to hear your day is off to a great start! Thats always great. If we wake up and run for cake, you know its gonna be a bad day! LOL I could easily have cake for breakfast, no questions asked!!!

Kristine**I didn't know your TM is broke. Are you going to get someone in to look at it? Or just buy a new one, like I did:) Mine was worn out though, no doubt. If my new one gave out, I would have to get someone in. Which reminds me, I need to send the warranty away!:eek: Have fun deciding your workout. Sometimes deciding is the hardest part!

Ameila** No,the only book I have is the BFL one, although I did have the South Beach Diet, loaned it out and it never got returned...which is fine by me. If I had it back I would probably just sell it in a yard sale.Soo...I can't help ya..sorry!:( :)

Done with my workout. Didn't go overboard today. Im going to check and see what it is like outside, prehaps I will be able to get DS out for a little walk in his stroller. I did a 5 mile run and the weight seg of DM. Was aiming for 6 miles on the TM but got tired of it and finished up.
I also had one of my friends call from baby group claiming that she is sick and wanted to know if I could host bg in the morning. I don't mind but now that means I HAVE to do house work, atleast my kitchen, living room, porch and bathrooms...just more things to pile on my plate tonight!

Is anyone watching the Biggest Loser tomorrow night? I can't wait! I love that show!!!

Belinda - are you and Alesia thinking about the Road Trip again this year? The T-12 gals are all thinking to register for July and maybe even go a day early if we can't get in - and any of us who can't get in will go for Aug. Wanted to be sure you got word.

Amelia, yes, today is another day.... and you'll make it! Gotta just change things up here and there.
