I've only done bm2 so far and liked it very much. I thought the step portion was very fun and refreshing. I don't know if you do this on purpose Cathe, but I really like how you put a somewhat complicated move in and then right after that you put something very easy chroeography wise to keep the heart rate up. SOOO, if someone is still learning the new part you still get an great workout. I also noticed with your step workouts that even if I get lost or screw up a step I somehow am still able to do it, even if I am facing the wrong way and it all turns out ok in the end. I haven't found that with other home step workouts. So, I really liked the step portion alot. I also enjoyed the leg drills, but on the one where you lunge forward, then on the step, then back, I messed up and just started it on the same leg the whole time.
I especially LOVED, just LOVED, the upper body on the ball. Sometimes the standing back work in your other workouts feels icky to me trying to kind of bend over to do the back work puts stress on my back. I absolutely loved sitting on the ball doing these back exercises. When I sat on the ball and did the back flies, I REALLY REALLY felt it in my back good, more than I EVER did doing them standing.
The ab work was good and worked the abs hard.
I will probably not do this whole workout alot as planned but I will use the step portion and abs on a regular basis.
