Hi,
Sometimes I feel like I am the only one with this problem. Most days I can dress casual and wear sneakers, but on the days I have to dress buisness, my feet and ankles are killing me and SWOLLEN after a few hours. I have tried low heels, flats, round toes, square toes, wide width, shoes that are a half to a full size to big as well as ones that seem to fit perfectly when I first put them on. I don't know what is wrong. Do I need cushioning, arch support what? Any help any one can offer would be greatly appreaciated. I don't want dowdy looking shoes however. I want something that looks nice and dressy. Am I asking too much? I am also worried about the swelling but it only happens when I wear shoes that aren't sneakers but it happens all the time with shoes that aren't sneakers.
