<-- the previous agent took a pix of the kitchen with a toidy brush and cleaning supplies right on the kitchen island, put it on all marketing materials (as limited as they were), flyers, website .....
<-- maybe <--'s marketing major trained mind is reading too much into it - it is likely NOT the reason the house didn't sell BUT a toidy brush right in the focus on the kitchen island for the general public to see on realtor.com and other websites - WTF
