Coleslaw

This one is from Dr.Dean Ornish. We tried it and it wasn't bad. I felt like it needed something but not being a cook, I am not sure what it is. I am still looking for the perfect coleslaw recipe.
3/4 soft tofu
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon of celery seed
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
8 cups of coleslaw
Combine all dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Toss with coleslaw.
