Morning everyone,

It's so quiet around here with everyone at road trip. Usually I'm one of the last to post!

Yesterday was a pretty good day. Did Upper body 4DS. I was pretty wiped afterwards so I didn't do BM2. Today will probably be LIS/HIS.

I have no idea what my meal plan will include today. We are out of food so I need to go to the store.

I'm tired and out of it this morning. I need a wake up call!

Hope everyone is having so much fun. Can't wait to see some pics!

Wow that a great w/o Angie and 4day premixes are the best.

No w/o for me today except PACKMAXING. I'm so tired of packing. I don't know where all this junk came from. I have stuff from my late husband mom,who I never met. CRAZY. I'm going to give the garbage men a big tip.

Back to work.

Have a great weekend. I'm at work and then tonight DH and are going over to a friends house. Tomorrow I'm definetly getting in a workout. ;) And working on getting myself back on track.

Hey all,

Just finished the 4DS double cardio (both step routines). It was awesome! I've never done that before! Now I'm going to have a turkey/spicy avacado sandwich. So yummy.

Robin, I knew you were a single mom but didn't know you had lost your husband. I'm so sorry to hear that. :(

Jen, everyone has to get back on track every now and then. I'm in that mode right now. Trying desperately to lose a few lbs I packed on in May and June (slack off monthts!)

Shirl, what is ccpp? I'm still learning...

I'm still throwing out stuff and packmaxing today also. I need to do some core work,that is the only space I have. LOL Boxes are everywhere.

Wow the roadtrippers must be wipped they haven't sign in, yet.

I figured out which workouts I can do in a small space.I'll do pilates,yoga, power yoga and my cousin has a TM. I'll pack my hand weights and a 2 or 3 DVDs. I'll be leaving on Tuesday.
 
Hi ladies,

Weekends almost over. Last night we went over to a friends house for some drinks and just to hang out. My poor DH woke up in the middle of the night so sick we think had a touch of food poisoning from his burger. The burgers were from Sams Club and the one he was eating some wire in it. How gross. He's feeling better today. Thank God.

Now that the rain has finished I'm going to had to the store grocerymax on hand this afternoon. I did laundrymax this am, and supersets upper body.

Hi Everyone!

I am the first one home and I am tired. I think we all need sleepmax tonight. It was great to meet Cathe, her classes were great! We all wish we had more time. No update on STS just that it is progressing nicely. We met some great people and may have a couple new members post over the next few days.

Robin, good luck with packmax.

Angie, I love 4DS Step cardio. It is a lot of fun.

Menu today was not 100% clean (think pancake breakfast) but dinner will be bbq salmon with starch and veggie. I wasn't paying attention when DH told me.

I am not a photographer so I don't have pictures but I know Katie, Kate and Steph all have tons of pictures which they will probably post after they get some much needed sleep.

Hey ladies, I'm home and I agree with Colleen -- tired!! The four of us stayed up reeeeaaalllly late last night (or was it reeeaaaallly early this morning...?) giggling and acting like a bunch of teenaged girls!

We really had a ton of fun, and Cathe was great!! The classes were great, hard, and the sense of community is so amazing. Not only is it great to workout with Cathe teaching a LIVE class, it's also amazing to workout with your internet fitness "friends."

I'm not sure when Kate's flight was landing, but I bet she is with her husband and girls by now. She did so wonderfully with the classes and everyone was so impressed. Steph should be home by now too -- probably doing couch max, munching on some pork rinds (aka "pig rinds":D) and sipping an extra-huge dunkin' coffee.

I have TONS of pics, and will post a few as soon as I get a minute to upload. Steph and Em -- if you are reading this, I will e-mail pics to you tonight.
 
Hey all,

OG was fine! Stuck with my soup and salad and it was good. Today was not so good however. Was planning to eat clean and do the entire BM2 workout but got a call that my grandma passed away and that just ruined the day. Think cookies with milk and KFC (gag).

Anyway, hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm just sad. I'll be heading to SD this weekend to her funeral. She has had ALS for 18 months but we thought she had another 3 months or so. It was kind of a shock.
