I am definetly flying in on Thursday. To make it to RT in plenty of time Friday I would have to have a very early flight out of our local airport Friday. No biggie for me to wake up early but the girls and Mike wouldn't be able to see me off and think I would cry all weekend if I couldn't see them just before I left.

We have church this AM and then we're going to SIL's for lunch. I'm scared. She says she's making taco salad but she is a HORRIBLE cook and I'm scared she's going to put a lot of dressing and goo all over it before we eat it. NOt only is that unhealthy I just plain hate the taste of it. I'm taking watermelon.

Kate, the 2 br suite sounds just perfect! How should we go about booking? I'm flying in early Friday morning, i can be in Philly by noon. I have an appointment on Thursday, not sure if i can change it. I'm going to bring some Canadian treats i mention, Hemp bars, simply bars, maple syrup, who knows! Oh, egg whites and cocoa, in a frying pan with Pam like a pancake...i think something only i would like.

Kate, Steph & hopefully Katie, I am planning to arrive Thursday evening. I really want to take Cathe's class Friday morning. I probably won't leave until after the PM rush hour. I have made too many trips to Philly in traffic and it just takes too, too frustrating, etc. My family is in the Philly area and I have plenty of experience doing this drive. Unfortunately I have never been to Cathe's gym because my family is 45 min west of Philly and Cathe is 30 min east of Philly.

I previewed Tracey's circuitzone last night and I know I am going to be sore after this workout. She does different wait circuits hitting every part of the body at least one. She also has a few cardio drills (tuck jumps, mountain climbers, kicking drills) but the focus is on weights. Since I am doing the April rotation this month, I can't fit it in until Saturday. I will preview Coreblast this afternoon and let you know.

Well, I'll call tomorrow AM and book the hotel room. I'm definetly coming Thursday. Looks like my best choice of flight will be to get into Philly around lunchtime. I'll put the deposit down and we can work it out at RT how much each should pay.

Lunch was better than I expected - no sloppy gloppy toppings! She had an ice cream thing for desert so I had a small piece but no guilt with it!

I am really tired. Unless I get some major energy I'm taking a rest day today.

How's everybody's last day of the weekend?
 
I did it! I got my plane ticket! I'll get in to Philly Airport at 12:43 on Thursday. I'll have to be out the door by 7:30 AM to catch my flight in the AM (and haul the fam along too!) but I AM SO EXCITED! Return flight leaves Philly at 2:20.

Steph, What is there to do around the hotel all Thursday afternoon/evening?
 
Kate, congrats on getting your plane ticket. Thanks for offering to arrange the hotel. I can send you a check if they require a deposit or just give you money at the RT. I am sure you will be able to find other RT's to hang out with on Thursday until Katie and I get there.

I just reviewed Tracey's CoreBlast and I can't wait to try it. She has 3 sections - standing. ball/bosu/step and floor work. I looks tough. I might try to do the floorwork section on Tuesday.

HI ladies,

Sounds like everyone has had a busy weekend.

I did Circuit Zone today. It is a good weight workout. It alternates lower body work, and upper body work. It also has a few bonus sections if you want xtra leg work or tricep work, and I think it was shoulder work. The one thing I didn't like was her camera angles in the warmup. They just seemed odd to me. To far away and then up close. The workout itself was good and time went by fast. She moves very quickly from circuit to circuit, so your first few tries might be crazy until you know the moves and can be organized.

Menu:
b-english muffin, cheese& scrambled egg, choc milk
l-healthy choice panini
s-berries and whipped cream, 2 pretzels
s-pb and choc chips, 2 cookies and 2 slices of cheese(after workout)
d-spagetti, salad and garlic toast

w/o was circuit zone.

Looks like everyone is having a nice Sunday.

Kate, that is so nice of you to book the hotel. Maybe i should try to fly in Thursday evening too, there isnt much around the hotel unless you drive from what i remember, but i had never been there before, never been to the U.S before! I can always send you a cheque as well, just let me know what you need and its yours. Maybe i should speak to DH about flying in Thursday...from what i remember there are 2 hotels, the bigger one is the better one, it would be the first one listed. I want to say the Inn, not the lodges one.

These Tracey's sound great. She's going on the RT, and is so much fun.
Today, DH and i went to High Park, like Central Park, there's a zoo, and trails. It was very nice

Colleen & Steph - Thanks for offering the checks. The deposit can't be too steep (maybe $100). We can probably just settle up at RT. My cc is hummin' though with RT deposit, flight tix, not even counting the horrible amount of money I've spent on maternity clothes! YIKES! And I just bought a HUGE umbrella from Pottery Barn for our table on our lower deck. That was an I-love-DH present. He's been wanting one with a crank - we are so tired of hoisting that dumb thing up by hand.

Colleen, Let me know about the standing core work for Tracey. I am so much needing alternate ab work rather than laying on my back.

Steph, I'm glad you and Christian had a nice day! The hotel I was thinking of booking has a 2-br. suite. It sounded like the bigger one. It had a pool and a WO room. Bigger breakfast! The 2 bedrooms have a queen bed in each bedroom and a pull-out couch. It would be great if you could come Thursday too.

I just finsihed StepBlast combos. As tired as I was I was amazed I made it that far, but I wanted to do something. Dinner was clean and tidy.
 
Steph, The hotel with the 2-br. suites is the second one listed. The first one sounds like there wouldn't be enough sleeping arrangements for all of us. What do you think ladies?
 
I'm here! It sucked royally, but it is done now. Someone is coming tomorrow to clean, Tuesday the carpets will be clean, and Wednesday I will drop off my keys. Adios, you big headache!!

Chris helped soooooo much, he did waaaaay more than I did. He will definitely be getting some sex max tonight!!;)

The RT situation is not looking good -- still no e-mail, and no $100 charge to my bank account. I am sure Nancy will get back to me tomorrow....

Today's WO was GS Shoulders and Legs. Looking forward to a nice sweaty cardio tomorrow morning (and late tonight too}( ).

Food today was very clean. I got lots of great stuff at the grocery store for the week, and it is all in the fridge ready to go. I have done so so well for about four days in a row now, I am so proud of myself! Just focusing on that wedding dress....

FOUR WEEKS from this very moment, I will be an old married lady! (and hopefully I will be sex max-ing, haha!}( )
