I have 3 kids , 2 already out of the house, youngest daughter is still at home and just started college. I live in Ohio.

Are you doing Cathe's STS/Shock Cardio rotation ? I am and I did Disc 8 today too.

Hi Becky, I just recently joined, but I agree with Klaudia, this is a wonderful, supportive group! I am also doing that rotation. I live in Va. with my dh, 2 dds (age 16 & 10), and my mom. I work full-time and also do not have that much of a clean and tidy house I am working on it though – the time just always runs short!

Yes, I'm having a very nice night. Fire in the fireplace, watching TV & knitting. Very relaxing . I hope you're having a good night too.

I do still have a little bit of DOMS and then I went & did back & tri's today, so probably tomorrow I'll have doms from THAT !
