Last night i did MIS, my back is bugging me a bit today.
Today, i'm going to try LIS and legs from B&G, some abs. I'm really trying to keep my workouts under 1 hr, 15 minutes, i get a little nutty sometimes

B: you know it, oatmeal
s: quark, did anyone try it yet?
L: my organic corn chowder, cut veggies and hummus, apple
s: wasa toast, almonds
D: big salad, hemp dressing, egg whites, ezekial bread, strawberries and yogurt (yum)
