Morning, everyone! I was supposed to get up early and do some 4DS cardio, but it was just too warm and snuggly in my bed. Oh, well, I'm going to tap again tonight and I might stay for a hip hop class afterward. Two hours of dancing counts for something, right?
No change in my father-in-law's condition, although they're now saying that he does not have renal failure. That's good news, but they don't know what is wrong with him. He refused to agree to a CAT scan, so they had to sedate him to do it. No results yet, they did it late yesterday. My SIL says he's very agitated when he's awake and won't settle down. She spent all day at the hospital with him yesterday, she called at like 10 last night and she was still there. Yuck. We'll see what today brings.
Katie--your day sounds jam packed! I hope the cardio this morning set a good tone for it.
Steph--nice to meet you, too. I hope I'm not intruding by saying this, but it sounds like you've separated from your husband. I have, too. Mine moved out about 3 weeks ago, but we're still trying to work on things. Of course, the crisis with his father has sort of thrown everything up in the air. In any event, my point is that I empathize a great deal and am sending you all kinds of hugs, encouragement, support, chocolate, wine, whatever you need! It's a very tough thing to go through.
Robin--please take it easy today. As Klaudia said, eats lots more chicken soup and try to sleep as much as possible. Your new workout plan will be there next week.
Klaudia--sending hugs back. I hope your workout helps get your day back on track. That wasn't a great start, was it? Here's hoping it gets better.
