My weight is WAY up this morning!!!x( x( x( On the low end, my weight is something like 131-132, on the high end, 134-135. Today is was ONE THIRTY SEVEN. I am flipping out.

Deep breath, calm down, two days ago it was 133.5. I think the gain is some combination of un-clean and HIGH sodium foods, and unnecessary desserts.

Eats will be SQUEAKY CLEAN today, and I will DROWN myself in water. We will see what happens.

Katie, Clean-eating will def. bring the bloatiness down. You'll be down some tomorrow and even more the next day. I'm not even gonna kinda reveal the number I'm seeing on the scale!! LOL! That's between me & my midwife!

We were going to go for pictures for Isabel at the photographer's today, then go to a really cool park to play and have a picnic. HOWEVER my little acrobat-wannabe SLAMMED her face into the edge of a table last night! So that's getting rescheduled for next week and we'll go swimming today. It's 80 and sunny and Mike set his parents pool for 82 degrees for me! I'm a total baby about getting into cold water!

Workout will be something light like Bar and CS. My calves are Aching. I've been doing great withthe workouts and I need an active rest day.

Hey ladies. Is it friday yet?

Katie it's the sodium, so eat some fruits and drink lots of water. Your weight will bounce back.

I think I need to take my vitamins at night b/c I had very little energy this morning. My w/o was so-so I tried to do CTX chest and Tracey coreblast. I made it though but it took 1 hour to do this 40 min w/o:( .
Maybe I'm not eating enough at night.

I may start to drink a protein shake for my last snack. What I really want is icecream }(
 
Morning clean eating peeps!

I've got a wicked cold. I wasnt able to sleep well, tried to stack the pillows up, but it didnt work. Got up a couple times to shoot Buckleys, lol!

Katie, its totally water weight, tomorrow, it will be down. Watch your salt,and drink water!

Kate, You have been doing awesome with your workouts! Sorry to hear about the acrobat :(

Robin, hummm, protein shake or ice cream....tough call. I've heard if you blend cottage cheese, with protein powder, and freeze it, its like a protein ice cream! That might work?

I'm likely doing PUB/Barr tonight, someone showed up at the house at 7:30 last night saying he needs to get the car fixed and is staying the week. I guess it will be a good test for us...or he's taking terrible advantage of me.

Robin, The ice cream monster is alive and well over here in the evenings too! Thankfully with Mike lifting now he doesn't want it anymore so that takes away that temptation for me too! Who cares how long the WO took - you did it! And how!

Well, I polished off some of Isabel's ww eng. muff and some grapes w/ b. too. I need to keep my mouth shut!!!!

workout: have no clue, I think maybe lifting of some sort. Upper body is sore from HCE interval training or I slept wrong.

Good Morning Everyone!

I have been running late all morning and posting here is no exception. Hopefully I will catch up at lunchtime :)My allergies are bad again today. I really wish they would go away. I may need to take benadryl tonight to get some relief.

Kate, DH just needs general maintenance on his car (oil change, tire balance and his list of things that have been bothering him) Hope you enjoy swimming today.
Katie, don't worry about the weight gain. Sounds like it is just water weight.
Robin, good job making it through your workout. Some mornings it is tougher than others.
Steph, sorry about the cold and the Christian drama. Hope you can get some sleep tonight.

Colleen, Hope the allergies let up on you. I've never had them, thank goodness! A big chunk of property behind us is goldenrod - good thing none of us are allergy sufferers! You're kickin' butt on the WO and eating today! Good for you!

Swimming was tons of fun. My sisters came too. Eats have been mostly good and I just finished Bar Designer Sculpting (DDs are sleeping!!!) minus the laying down stuff but I added the bonus leg workout. Will do CS tonight while Mike does his lifting.

Mmmm, sugar cookie sounds good... So does bread..... Okay, stop.

Today was good, mostly, after the s***y start after reading the scale. I drank lots of water, and was in the bathroom ever 5 mins or so. Stomach has been queasy, so eating clean hasn't been hard -- I haven't been hungry really.

Chris made me mad. I am not speaking to him. Call me immature for giving him the silent treatment, but I am just too mad to talk.

Off to bed soon, hope my stomach feels better tomorrow!
 
Katie, Glad the eats were good, sorry the wedded bliss is not. Sometimes I find it better to keep my mouth shut and put my thoughts together before I let him have it! oops! I mean, before we rationally discuss the issue!:p
 
Chris and I recently told someone that we were newlyweds (a complete stranger, like maybe the cashier at the grocery store), and she said, "Oh wow, how wonderful!! Congratulations!! I have been married to my husband for 23 years and, LET ME TELL YOU, the first five years are THE WORST. But then it gets better."

Dinner was not that clean. DH had to pick up his car so he wanted to go to this restaurant that is famous for the crab bomb. It is a mound of jumbo lump crab meat seasoned and broiled. All of their food is so good. So I had a roll with butter (worth every calorie) and I put sour cream on my baked potato (I haven't learned to eat them plain yet). Other than the glass of wine, it wasn't too bad. We really needed a date night since we have barely seen each other over the last week and half.

Colleen, Sounds like a nice dinner out with DH. Good for you guys! As far as the baked potato...I put salsa on mine - yummy!
