Today should be a super-busy day for me at work today. I have a bazillion clients scheduled to come in this morning drug tested and fussed at for various things, then several intakes with new clients this afternoon. I also have two reports to write for court Thursday...

Workout this morning will be warm up, 4DS Legs, then Kickbox.

Menu:

B strawberry protein shake
S half sandwich
L spanish rice and beans
S banana, string cheese
D grilled chicken, wild rice, green beans

Wow its Tuesday. It's going to be crazy at work today.

Today's my rest day.

l-panini chicken sandwich and fruit
d-grilled chicken and veggies

Hello again, workout is done.... Sort of.....

The 4DS Legs really got my heart rate up there today, and I was really winded. Not sure if it is because I am lifting heavier, or I just started out extra tired.

Trying to do that high intensity Kickbox after the leg work was all but impossible. My legs just did not want to move. I half-a$$ed about 20 minutes of it, then gave up.

What kind of light cardio could I do on leg day instead of Kickbox, maybe walking/jogging? I don't really like the Bootcamp cario, so maybe I will sub Kickboxing on that day after Bis and Tris. I really love the Kickboxing, so I want to give it my all.

Off to shower and get on with my hectic day. I will check back in at lunch time!

Sorry for my short post yesterday, it was crazy. My class projects were due as well, so i have 50 of those on my desk!

Eating was good, my usual weekday back on track. Kate, thanks for the kind words about DH, we went to counselling on Saturday, we've been together 11 years, and there are a lot of issues, and now they are family involved, so bigger.

I did Amy's KBX last night, first time since the back injury. I am sore this morning, chiro said wait, but i'm stupid!

Robin, enjoy your rest day! you know, we dont have grapenuts here, i would love to try them.
Katie, i checked the link on the place for your wedding last night, stunning! I do Kickbox and legs on the same day, but i do B&G's instead. LIS might work?

Workout tonight, total body plus bar, maybe Power hour?

Whew, busy day is half over. That's good! Hope everyone's goes rather quickly!

I have some serious DOMS in my chest from yesterday -- that's encouraging! I didn't feel anything last week, so I went heavier and I think I got it right this time. My boobs hurt! (Well, not my actual boobs, but you know what I mean!)

The meeting with the DJ went well last night, we are going to book him. One less thing to worry about!!

I'm off to eat a tidy lunch, then prepare a bit for my super-clean dinner!

Kate, we really don't have A SONG. We have decided, in place of dancing to one special song, that we will each pick a song to dedicate to each other. I am not sure what I am picking yet, maybe Sawyer Brown "Some Girls Do." ;)

Well.....I snuck in BC & bis/tris. YAY! Had some peanuts after for protein. Muscle recovery!

I'm hoping to do LIS cardio tonight and the weights tomorrow early AM to make up for missing that w/o yesterday. I love these workouts. They are keeping me very motivated.

Off to make dinner, just not sure what....See ya after LIS!
 
No idea what Chris is picking, it is supposed to be a secret. I also really want to pick "To Make You Feel My Love" by Garth Brooks -- he is our favorite artist, and that is the sweetest song ever. Maybe I will talk with our DJ and see if he can work something cool out for me to get in both songs!

I just finished all of LIS!!!! Plus I did all of BC earlier today. I feel so great! Taking a rest day tomorrow for sure. I haven't done 2 workouts in 1 day in probably a year. I could get used to this......
