Robin, one mini trix, not too bad at all! I read the link, i think its pretty hard, unless you're eating a calorie loading diet to gain with weights, something doesnt make sense here at all to me!
Today, work is crazy, we do a big halloween fundraiser here, and i'm performing in it tomorrow, so rehearsals on top of work. yes, i work at a hospital!!!! Weird things we do for charity, but its worth it.
Last night, i did a good workout, back is holding up, i will do Bar and core tonight only, i figure i should ease back, so one day high intensity, one day lower..tomorrow, i'm trying the new 4 d bootcamp and adding shoulders!
