***** Clean & Tidy Tuesday *****

WELL, in MY world, SOMEONE forgot to set the alarm. So no workout for me this morning -- arrgghhhh! I still feel pretty sick, so it's probably for the best actually. I will get in some abs and stretching tonight after Collin goes to bed.

My fast/clean eating is doing well except for the holloween candy...I ate a mini Trix:9 . My kids school does not celebrate Holloween but they still need to bring in candy. They celebrate Story Book character day.

Katie feel better. Soup and cornbread sounds nice. What did you cook in your crock pot yesterday.

Katie, i hope you feel better, maybe the alarm not going off meant you needed some extra rest.

Robin, one mini trix, not too bad at all! I read the link, i think its pretty hard, unless you're eating a calorie loading diet to gain with weights, something doesnt make sense here at all to me!

Today, work is crazy, we do a big halloween fundraiser here, and i'm performing in it tomorrow, so rehearsals on top of work. yes, i work at a hospital!!!! Weird things we do for charity, but its worth it.

Last night, i did a good workout, back is holding up, i will do Bar and core tonight only, i figure i should ease back, so one day high intensity, one day lower..tomorrow, i'm trying the new 4 d bootcamp and adding shoulders!

Good Morning All!

I did Tracey's SFKB this morning. I plan on doing legs this afternoon - Fitness Fix Advanced lower body and my Squeeze custom mix.

My eating was ok yesterday except for the double fudge brownie with pb m&m's. I have a hard time resisting baked goods too.

s-almonds & fruit
d-turkey breast,quinoa and lots of veggies

Now that Isabel is better, Gina pukes all night and had the runs today! Brother!

So busy today. Kashi for breakfast - popcorn for lunch. I need some down time bad! DH is keeping me so busy w/ work stuff!!

I feel like running out of my house sreaming!!!:7 :eek: :eek: :eek:

Reporting back to say things are much more calm. Well, for my house anyway!

While I have not actually had a meal today I have eaten a mix of apples, peanuts, some more popcorn, and yes, some m&ms. Slogging down the water as we speak, er, write.

Feel like I've done okay today considering all the stress. Hope you all are having a terrific Tuesday!
 
Robin, I put chicken, potatoes, onions, carrots, and low sodium broth in the crock pot. It was DE-LISH!

Kate, your kids are really putting you thru the ringer these days, aren't they? You have Isabel who is 3 and Gina who is... how old?

My food today was as planned except for one small brownie this morning at work. Now I have to bake cookies for Collin to take to school tomorrow, and I feel sure I am going to eat one of those too. Send me some willpower!!
 
I come hanging my head in shame...

Pancakes and sausage for dinner. I had a trivial amount of syrup on my last couple bites of pancake. The rest of my pancake(s) I ate with a banana. I don't use butter in them or on them so they're probably considered tidy, but oh man. I KNOW what carbs do to me and I still went for it. Dummy!

I'm going downstairs to do a great workout (tho I'm not sure which yet). And not only is tomorrow a new day, but today is a now is a new moment and I AM NOT GOING BACK INTO THE KITCHEN TONIGHT. Not even to clean, 'cause I'm sure I would just sashay my way over to the pantry. KEEP OUT, FAT WOMAN, KEEP OUT!:) :+

Katie - Gina is 5. I swear she was on the pot every 10 minutes. I haev wiped more butts this last week than I did when they were babies! Brownies, cookies,mmmmm. Good luck w/ the baking! Are you going to school party tomorrow? Extra will power comin' your way!

I did ok today. I had some pumpkin ice cream and a brownie. On a better note; I received my Amy preorder today! :) I did Legs from Slo-Mo instead of my original plan and it was great. She uses different leg exercises and I find them to be effective.

Katie, Don't do it - you'll be so proud of yourself.

Gotta go, DS is sick. :(

Colleen - Glad you had a good day. Maybe you & Shirl can tell us more about Amy Bento. I've never done any of her DVDs. Should go check out Collage.

Shirl - Your cheat sounds wonderful!

I'm so hoping DDs are feeling better tomorrow. Or at least good enough to trick-or-treat at family's nearby houses for a few minutes. They're young enough where they don't care (too much) about going door-to-door. Plus, grandma gives 'em enough candy that they COULD skip the whole neighborhood and our candy bowl would never know the difference.
