Guess who overslept AGAIN? Anyone else see a trend?

I didn't quite have time for the workout my rotation called for, so I ended up doing Low Max blast only premix (with wu and stretch, about 35 mins) and I wore my x-vest -- KILLER! I LOVED IT!!

Due to the unbelievable stack of crap on my desk at work (which I referred to in yesterday's post), I should have a busy (but hopefully quick) day today -- I hope I get a good amount of this stuff done!

b'fast and snacks, the usual
lunch will be a sandwich and almonds
dinner will be the lemon chicken I was supposed to cook last night but didn't... :p

Today - I'm watching two add'l kids for a grand total of 3 children! It'll be fun. I have some good activities planned!

Grey's Anatomy! Love it! Can't wait! Don't know if I can stay up that late. If not DVR and watch it this weekend!

Workout - something upper body. Not for sure yet.

Which upper bod are you doing Nat. BM2 has a great section for upper bod.

I feel like doing a lite w/o maybe some Classical Stretch and one of Amy's core.

Enjoy your CS - I did some earlier this week - need to pull it out again. Fish sounds good too.... excpet I'd eat mine FRIED!!!!!!:eek:
 
I have Boot Camp Upper Body premix scheduled but I haven't done this premix before so we'll see how it plays out and if it's not enough I'll stick in another one I guess. I don't have BM2 unfortunately but thank's for the suggestion Robin!

Kate - What's a honeycrisp apple? You are so excited about these!! :p What? Never watched Grey's? I don't understand... You mean you've never seen it? I'm baffled! :p

Natalie, Sounds like a great WO! I haven't done BC in over a year. I usually only do it if it's on a rotation. And BM2 is a must for your next DVD purchase! So many premixes!!! And re Grey's: we don't have a tv so I'm totally out of the loop on pop culture stuff! Seems like everyone enjoys it though!:) Honeycrisp apples -where do I begin??? They are so yummy! You can onl buy them in the fall around here - not sure if its a Michigan thing or not. They are crazy-expensive for apples - I think I paid $2.69/lb last time.:eek: I should send one to everybody who checks in here! They are delicious!

Kate, I'd love to try one of those apples. I miss the fall season. It is totally non-existent. I miss things like pumpkin patches and apple orchards. I can't believe you're going to have a baby so soon - so exciting!

Robin, enjoy your fish tonight. I have to admit, that's one thing I don't eat. Just can't get over the fishiness. :)

Nat, I agree you have to get BM2! It's by far one of my faves although I've only done the whole thing through a few times. When do I have 90 min to workout??? Good luck with your 3 kiddos today! It's good that you have stuff planned.

OK, I'm also a Grey's virgin. Never seen it but I am excited for the Office premiere! I love the office!

Today's WO will be LIC #3. I've never done a premix on LIC before so I'm excited. Thanks Katie! :D

Not sure on food today. Going out to lunch again!! Bfast will probably be another omelet. Dinner will be leftovers - either a burger or some brisket.

What's the premix? What's the premix??????? Do tell...Do they have that feature up yet where you can see other people's rotations? Did you put yours on there?

The two boys that I have today, in addition to my own little monster, are really good boys. It's amazing how wonderful kids are with people other than their own parents!

LIC #3 done! Katie, it was awesome. Although it took me 90ish minutes b/c i had so many interruptions.

Out to luch again... hardees... yuck. wish me luck!

Don't really have a preference on the name. Just type Nat when I'm in a hurry usually - saves me a whole millisecond! :p

Ok, can't really say that I did too well at Hardee's. They did have a grilled chicken salad and that just needs to be my default. Instead I had a taco salad which was OK but I'm not sure it was really low fat or clean for that matter. I'll learn...

So, tomorrow I'm going to start working out in the mornings again before the girls get up. It's just too crazy trying to get it done while they're awake and by the time I finish and shower it's been 2 hours and that's too long for them to just be running around.

Nat, I find that as a SAHM it's quite often easier to just do WO's after the girls go to bed too. Wish I were a morning person to do them before they wake up.

Angie, Good luck to you starting a morning WO schedule! It is just NOT in my genetic makeup! When I order a taco salad I request no sour cream or dressing or tortilla chips. The gr. beef gives you protein and iron, so unless its sitting in grease I don't feel too bad about it!

Hi Everyone!

I am late because I felt horrible this morning. Really bad sinus headache and after lots of drugs and water my head is no longer pounding which is good. Hopefully with some more water and drugs it will go completely away.

Angie, I have never watched Grey's either. I am a huge Office fan so I may actually watch it live tonight (I usually record it and watch it later).
Robin, were you able to workout today?
Kate, I have never been successful at making ice cream (although I only tried once).
Katie, hope you make it through Grey's tonight and you can get up tomorrow. Maybe you should tell Chris you need a DVR.
