I am SO TIRED. I am used to using the weekends to rest up and catch up on sleep. With the crazy schedule of the RT this past weekend, my sleep deficit got worse, not better. I can't wait til Saturday when I can sleep!!

Not really sure what I have going on this weekend -- Chris has to work AGAIN, third Saturday in a row. This weekend is tax-free back to school shopping for school supplies and clothes, so I will probably go shopping and get Collin some clothes. Also, we always buy some school supplies and donate them.

WO this morning will be BM2 cardio. Tomorrow I am thinking PUB or MM. I ran out of time this week to do splits, but back to heavy next week for sure.

Menu:

b cereal
s protein bar, strawberries
l not sure, need some veggies here, maybe salad...?
s cantalope, almonds
d bbq chicken that I said I was cooking last night and didn't, haha! (and a green veg and a starchy veg)

Morning ladies

I bet you must be tired Katie. I know when I go on a women retreat for a weekend it takes time to get it back together.

Yesterday was GREAT b/c we did not go to the buffet instead we went to Wally World and had a BBQ outside. So I was able to stay clean but not too tidy (chocolate cake).

This morning my cousin betty will be cooking b-fast. Oh No....maybe I can keep that low carb b/c it will be high fat.

I love the Collin doing his gymstyle pushups Katie LOL and then he lays acorss the sofa. Too funny.

Not sure about my w/o the guys was drilling something in the gym. I'm scared to go down there. I may work on my chest and back. My knee is feeling better today.

Morning peeps!

One week ago, i was getting ready to go on the RT! This week has gone by soooo quickly. Last Thursday was so much more exciting.

Tonight. i'm thinking MIS upper and some CS. I did an interval ride and some core work last night. Starting with new trainer August 15th...yippee and yum, he's cute :)

Menu:
B: egg whites/oats
s: cc/pp/almonds
l: veg soup, celery, hummus, apple
s: cc/sprouted flax, almond butter, coconut
d: veg/lentil stir fry, yogurt and scrapple :)

Katie, Very nice workout, love it more after hearing the music on the RT! What Protein bars did you get?

Robin, glad you're having a great time. Its hard when you dont have a planned menu, but you're doing pretty good considering! Should be proud. I ate enough cake on the RT to put you to shame!

I do feel so good! Thank you for the encouragement. Yes, I teach Boot Camp tonight but I'm more of the coach. I exercise very little during the class. I like to make'em sweat! :p

Meeting Mania again today. I got 3 more projects yesterday so I guess I will be busy for a while. At least it makes the day go by faster!

Shirl, you really don't want to know what scrapple is. The RTer's didn't want to know either. Google it because I don't want to post it for all eternity.

Katie, I am tired too. I will be glad when the weekend comes. I am thinking of going to City Sports in DC to see if they have any gear. I hope so!

Alrighty, my turn. I did 4DS KB/Legs/Core this morning.

B: Protein shake, peanut butter Puffins (yum)
S: Banana and some almonds
L: veggie ham sandwich and some golden cherry tomatoes and carrots
S: protein bar
D: leftovers from last night (pasta with kale, zucchini, and white beans)

I have a massage scheduled this afternoon, and I really need it after all those RT workouts!

Oh, and I hate asking this kind of stuff, but my grandma is in the hospital and it doesn't look very good. If you all could keep my family in your thoughts, it would really mean a lot to me.
 
Morning everyone,

2 pages again before I even get to my computer! Why can't someone join me out here on the west coast? Well, when I move to France, I'll be 6 hours ahead of eastern time so I'll always be the first to post and then have to wait around all day for everyone to respond. :)

Okay, confession time. I'm a horrible eater. I can't figure myself out. I really do feel committed to eating well and getting in shape. I also feel disgusting after I eat nasty things but for some reason can't remember that the next time the opportunity comes around. Yesterday I was at the mall with the girls and they wanted to eat at the counter at Johnny Rockets. Annabel is ALWAYS asking to do that so I finally caved. It would have been SO easy for me to grab a smoothie/clif bar/something natural from the little kiosk RIGHT NEXT TO ME but instead I ate junk with them. Ugh. Dinner wasn't as bad but I definitely over ate. I don't know what to do with myself.

Anyway, no WO yesterday and today will just be a walk. I am still SO sore from DM! I haven't been sore like this in a while. Mostly my shoulders (that stupid ball!) and my glutes.

I leave at 3 this afternoon for SD. So most of the morning will be spent preparing for that. Probably going to fix some food for Ryan and the girls so they're not spending millions of dollars at the store on things we don't need!

First off, Emily, I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma. I can relate in more ways than you know right now. I was SO close to my grandma as a child. This weekend is going to break my heart. I'll be praying for her and your family.

Katie, for real, hook me up with the video!! Sorry you're so tired. I hope you get some rest this weekend!

Robin, good luck with breakfast. Big meals are a killer to me because I feel like I don't want to miss out on anything! Like I'll never have another chance to have pancakes AND eggs at the same time. :)

Shirl, thanks for the well wishes and the nice comment about my avatar. My mom says I still look like I did when I was 6. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.

Kate, I think your docs are thrown off b/c most people don't tend to be healthy during their pregnancies. Keep up the good work! :)

Well, I just realized I won't have time for a walk today. Told the girls I'd take them to the pool! Oh well. Just will have to keep it ultra clean today which might be hard since one meal will be at the airport! Wish me luck!

Angie, it is really hard to eat clean when temptation is all around us. Just keep trying and it will get easier.

Hey ladies, home for lunch. I need a mental break!! I had a client yell at me this morning, said she is going to call my supervisor and the sitting Judge in my county to complain about me. That never makes you feel good, but I KNOW I have handled her case properly! It is SO NICE to know that your superiors will stand up for you and your work, so I'm not worried.

Shirl and Angie, I will PM you the link to the video. I didn't post it on the open forum because it makes my skills as a mother look questionable... :)

Angie have you tried a diary for what you eat? It sometimes work when you know that you have to write it down. Also the mall and kids is like a disaster for our clean eating.

Colleen how was meaner legs. It's one of the hardest leg w/o for sure.

Emily I pray for your grandma.

Hi Everyone!

I had a huge pigout tonight. I got a blizzard at dairy queen and now I am really regretting it. I think the combination of being tired and I think my calorie intake may be a little low caused this binge. Sigh - tomorrow is a new day.

Robin, sorry about the house. Hope you find a better cheaper house.
Angie, hope your trip went well. Sending my thoughts your way.
Steph, have you caught up with everything since the RT?

Well I am heading off to bed. Hopefully some sleep will help me.
