Yesterday I took my kids to Wally World and they had a dell desktop computer on sale for about $500. Which reminded me that I have my son old computer upstairs which only needed a keyboard, so I brought one. My son's computer takes up too much desk space so now I need to buy a screen. i'm scared to use the flat screen from my other infected computer. Maybe I'll get that one fixed.

Katie - did you do the whole of B&G? That one just wipes me out.

Okay, I seem to be back on track with workouts, anyway. I did Bodymax 2 last night and a 60 minute iTread this morning. If I can get my eating in line, things will be peachy:

B - the usual cereal/banana
S - apple, almonds
L - salad with grilled salmon
S - berries and cottage cheese
D - not sure - I have to get groceries on my way home

I'll try to get back later, but work has been insane this week!

Sorry I've been mia but I've been getting ready for my outdoor Boot Camp classes I'm holding at my house. I'm also doing a Fit Camp for kids. This is in addition to my job; crazy busy but oh so fun. The BC class starts today.

DDs were playing nice so I did 4DS KB cardio real quick. Now we'll go swimming! I got a chance to practice my hypno-birthing! In the middle of my WO I got a BRaxton-Hicks contraction. I used the breathing for contractions and it worked like a charm! yay!

Hey ladies! Quick check in for me tonight, I am suddenly EXHAUSTED! I have been going going going since 5 am, and I am pooped.

Dinner is cleaned up, and now I am making some spinach artichoke dip to take to work tomorrow. Something to munch on at work is always great, especially on a friday.
 
Robin, Drink lots of water to combat the Chinese food. And weren't you the one who said to eat a banana when you've eaten too much salt?

I've ate squeaky clean today and for some hormonal reason I'm in a really bad mood. Not taking it out on anyone, just feeling really quiet and moody. Glad I got my WO in early because if I hadn't I'd be skipping it! Mike has to lift yet tonight, maybe I'll do CS so I keep out of the kitchen. And cheer myself up maybe too. :)

Today was hectic getting ready for my long weekend. I got just about eveything done so now I am ready for 4 days off. I really need a break.

Katie, hope you can rest this evening. I always bring my own munchies to work or I would be at the vending machine.
Kate, sorry you are moody. I hope the stretch helps.
Robin, glad you are back and getting caught up. Congratulations on the new computer. Too bad you don't live closer - I believe we have a crate of keyboards.

No stretch. I did magazineMax and icecreamMax instead. It was a small portion and low-fat. not too much guilt. I ate great today. Okay, I'm feeling bad now that I actually wrote it down. Ugh. So much for a clean day.x(
