It's Thursday -- almost Friday!!

Let's all have a squeaky clean day!

Looking ahead to the weekend, what's going on??
 
Feeling rested again today!! Going to bed at 8:45 pm must be good for my body! I do have some pretty serious DOMS though -- quads, inner and outer thighs, and ESP. my glutes. Those one-legged squats really get ya!}(

I am going to try to work thru the soreness and do some lighter cardio this am -- I am thinking LIC. Tomorrow I will try for something higher impact -- an IMAX I think.

My mommy comes tonight -- she should be here by dinner time. Collin is going to stay home tomorrow with her and hang out. On Saturday we are going to have my wedding dress pinned for alterations (it's about time, huh?) -- I will see if someone can take a picture or two. Not sure if we will end up doing any house projects or not.

My w/o today was leaner legs and I'm getting good with this w/o bec. I only sweated 1 bucket instead of 2. :D

It's going to rain today so I hope it is slow at work.
I'm still working on my rotation for next month. I wish I had some new step DVDS }(

Good news my weight is back on tract so maybe I can ease back into taking the fiber supplements.

I'm running a little behind schedule this morning. I have to get my workout in - total body weights, interval workout and core.

Robin, I really want CTX but I can't really justify it as I have not worked out in 2 weeks! yikes!
Shirl, Hope you day goes well - I love total body weights.

My dau will be a busy one but hopefully a good one. Thanks for the clean motivation, Katie!

Need to get DDs off to school then I'm back here for paperwork. bbl...
 
A light, fun cardio followed by a hot shower are the best remedy for DOMS. Oh yeah, and an Aleve;)

I decided to do Interval X+ and Abs/Core+ after my total body workout. Great workout today! :)

My eating was squeaky yesterday until I gave into the black jelly beans. On the bright side, I didn't eat too many. :)

Good going on your w/o Shirl and black jelly beans have no fat :D .
My menu has been clean and now I'm eating lunch (chicken, stringbeans and a apple).

Did anyone receive any new w/o DVDs?

Yes, ladies, I am getting cleaner by the day! My lunch was even cleaner than planned - no crackers! I just had a 30 min snooze, which I actually feel worse now but I'll get someting to eat and it should turn around. Feed me!:D
 
Kate I spoke too soon. I just ate 1/2 of a cheeseburger and fries.
:9 Now I really feel like sleepmaxing.
 
***TMI ALERT***

I am feeling really, ahem, sh*tty today!! My stomach is super upset and has been all day -- well, since about 10 am or so. I just ate dinner but I am wondering how long it will be before I am in the bathroom again....:(

Workout tomorrow is iffy -- if I keep feeling this way, there is no way I will work out. We will have to see before bed tonight.
 
I got my Amy Bento DVD's today!!!!! Yay!!!! I have been feeling so terrible in the morning that I don't think I will be able to do them until next week.

Katie, sorry you are not feeling well. I hope some rest helps.

Robin, GUess what? My PM snack was a plain cheeseburger with the bottom bun taken off. You're in good company!

Katie, Sorry about poopmax! Can you send it my way? (One very nasty side effect of pg which I def. don't need!) Hope you get feeling better. Maybe some toast?

I am really starting to feel better. Can't shake the tiredness but I'll take that over nausea any day. Food is getting better and better.
